摘要

港口装卸工艺是港口生产的基础,是港口技术进步的标志。随着集装箱运输的蓬勃发展,港口所面临的经营与竞争的压力也越来越大。降低码头的装卸成本,提高货物的装卸效率,是各个港口所要解决的首要问题。同时,码头的管理者也逐渐认识到确定合理的装卸工艺是提高装卸效率、降低装卸成本的关键。因此,加强集装箱码头装卸工艺方案改造设计的研究和港口扩建就显得十分必要,通过对装卸机械进行合理地配置,并扩建规模来满足港口日益增加的吞吐量,从而提高港口自身的竞争力,保证港口功能的有效发挥。

本文主要就洋山港区三期集装箱码头的平面布局设计及装卸工艺进行研究。在全面收集洋山港建设的工程、技术、经济分析等相关资料的基础上,系统地介绍洋山港集装箱码头的基本情况;借鉴外高桥、宁波北仑等的集装箱码头装卸工艺设计,着重比较分析轮胎式龙门吊和轨道式龙门吊的装卸工艺特点和技术经济指标;通过技术经济论证对洋山港区三期集装箱码头的平面布局及装卸工艺进行了合理的规划设计。全文共分四个部分,第一部分为概述,介绍研究的背景、内容、目的意义及研究的基本方法;第二部分介绍港口概况。主要就洋山港区的地理位置、基础设施、自然环境,设计前提条件;第三部分的装卸工艺方案选择为主,主要机械及辅助机械选择,装卸机械化系统组成以及工艺设计方案拟定进行论述;第四部分的技术经济论证及推荐方案确定主要就技术、经济指标进行对比论证,并在此基础上确定推荐方案。

Abstract

Handling technology is the of harbor production and marks the advancement of harbor technology. With the container transport the vigorous development of the port operation and facing the pressure of competition is increasing. lower terminal handling This and improve the efficiency of cargo handling, the port is the most important issue to be solved.
