年产68万吨热轧线材车间设计
摘要
根据毕业设计的要求,设计年产68万吨的热轧高速线材生产车间,采用单线连续轧制方式。产品规格为Φ5.5~20mm,单卷盘重约2.1吨,本设计典型产品为优质碳素钢。
本车间设计的内容主要有:产品大纲和金属平衡表的制定;设计工艺方案和工艺流程;工作制度的确定及轧机生产能力分析;主要设备的选择;辅助设备的选择及计算;车间平面布置及起重运输;车间技术经济指标;孔型设计;轧机力能参数计算和电机设备校核等。
本设计坯料采用连铸坯,一方面连铸坯的组织结构很好,同时提高了产品的质量;另一方面还可以减少轧制间隙时间,提高生产率。
加热炉选为步进梁式加热炉,进出料方式采用侧进侧出,加热炉由微机控制,出炉温度为1050~1250°C。轧机采用高速线材轧机,全线均为无扭轧制。
在轧制后的坯料多数采用冷却技术为斯太尔摩冷却运输系统来完成。本设计采用的是延迟性的斯太尔摩冷却运输系统,它适用于冷却各类碳钢,具有较好的冷却效果。

Abstract
According to the requirements of graduation design, the design capacity of 680000 tons of hot rolled high speed wire rod production workshop, the single wire rolling way. Product specifications for the Φ 5.5 ~ 20 mm, single reel weighs about 2.1 tons. The main products of the design quality carbon steel.
The content of this workshop design mainly include: product outline and the formation of metal sheets; Design process and process flow; The determination of working system and the rolling mill production ability analysis;
The main equipment choice; Selection and calculation of the auxiliary equipment; Workshop layout and lifting transportation; Workshop technical and economic indicators; Pass design; Rolling force can parameters calculation and motor equipment checking, etc.
This design materials using continuous casting billet, in order to reduce the loss of metal, and the organizational structure of the continuous casting billet is better, it also improve the quality of the products; Also can reduce the gap of rolling time and improve productivity.
As the walking beam type reheating furnace, heating furnace front-rear way using side in side out.Heating furnace is controlled by microcomputer, melt temperature is 1050 ~ 1250 ° C. Rolling mill and high-speed wire mill, across all is no twist rolling.
Microstructure, to improve the product after rolling by adopting the technology of controlled cooling, cooling after rolling by cold box and a set of steyr the cooling water transportation system. Steyr the cooling transportation system with delayed type cooling device, it is suitable for cooling various kinds of carbon steel, has good cooling effect.
In a word, the advanced technology and equipment is the design of the important guarantee of product quality; High speed wire rod production workshop design as well as provides a good example.
