摘要
本文在参考常规下带式输送机设计方法的基础上,分析了常见驱动方式和制动方式,提出该装置可采用的驱动和制动方式;分析了各种部件及其选型方法,归纳总结出矿用架空索道设计中的关键问题以及可靠驱动方案和制动方式优化组合的可行方案;通过常规设计计算,提出了合理确定紧位置、紧方式及紧力大小的方法;对驱动装置及各主要部件进行了选型并校核。
在给定的参数的情况下进行了总体的方案设计,确定了电动机的功率、减速机的传动比、驱动轮的直径,分别计算出上、下坡时钢丝绳各点的力,从而确定了重锤的拉力和紧装置的拉紧行程,保证稳定的运行速度,同时对机架的安装进行了设计,对制动器、联轴器、抱索器和钢丝绳进行了选型,并对驱动装置输出轴进行了选型并校核。
矿用架空索道布置工况复杂,在设计方面需考虑各种因素,并计算最危险工况下架空装置的各项参数,保证运行过程中各组成部分能适应载荷及工况的变化。
对所给定的参数,综合考虑各方面的因素,采用合理的驱动方案、制动方式和电控系统装置组合,有效保证架空索道乘人装置的可靠运行。关键词:矿用架空索道驱动轮托绳轮尾轮紧装置
Abstract
This reference to conventional design methods under the belt, based on analysis of the common drive mode and braking mode, make the device available to drive and brake means; analysis of various components and selection methods are summarized the mining ropeway design of the key issues and a reliable way of driving programs and to optimize brake options; by conventional design calculation, the proper tension to determine location, size of tensioning means and tension means; on the drive devices and all major components of the selection and calibration.In this paper, given the parameters in the conduct of the overall program design to determine the motor's power, speed reducer transmission ratio, driving wheel diameter, were calculated, the downhill points of
tension when the wire rope to determine the heavy hammer and the tensioning device pull taut trip, to ensure a stable speed, while the installation of the rack has been designed on the brakes, couplings, and wire rope grip selection carried out, and drive output shaft to the selection and calibration.
Mine layout Ropeway complex working conditions should be considered in the design of various factors, the most dangerous working conditions and calculate the parameters of aerial devices, ensure that the various components during operation to adapt to changes in load and operating conditions.
The paper on the given parameters, taking various factors, using reasonable driving programs, Brake and Electronic Control system device combination, effectively guaranteed by aerial cableway and reliable operation of one device.
