一、用途与简介Applicable conditions

本公司生产的PJ-T型行车式提板刮泥机主要用于平流式（矩形）沉淀池，尤其是污水处理工程中的沉砂池，初沉池、二沉池等矩形池池底的刮集排除。

This PJ-T type scraper is mainly used in the (rectangle type) sediment tank, especially in the rectangle tank such as sand sediment tank, first sediment tank and second sediment tank etc.

二、结构及工作原理Structure and working principle

PJ-T型行车式提板刮泥机主要由驱动减速装置、桁架（工作桥）、刮泥装置、刮泥提升机构、电控箱等部分组合于行车架上的一个整体装置。

PJ-T type scraper consists of drive reduction device, truss (work bridge), scrape device, mud lifting device and electric control box.

设备在电控装置的指令下，刮泥装置随行车架沿池面敷设的轨道直线往复运行。提升机构定时（定程）提升或降落刮板，将池底泥砂刮集于集泥槽中后排出池外。

The equipment is controlled by the electric control device. The scrape device moves straightly along the rail. The lifting device lift or fall the scrape plate at regular time (regular distance) to scrape the mud and sand to the mud collection trough and then discharge.

三、安装Installation

（一）、导轨的安装the installation of guides

1、轨道排直后，将垫板与预埋钢板焊接，然后旋紧螺母；

Put the guides straightly and weld the back plate and embedded plate, then screw nuts.

2、安装完毕轨道底部水泥砂浆填实；

The bottom of the guides is filled with cement and mortar after installation.

3、轨道接头处的高差和左右不平允差1mm；

The surmount and level error of guides connect point is 1mm

4、轨道的同一截面相对称高允差5mm；

The allowable error of same cross section of the rail is 5mm

5、轨道弯路2允差±5mm；

The allowable error of guides crooked path 2 is 5mm

6、两条轨道接头处错开距离≥500mm；

the distance between two guides connect joint should be stagger more than 500mm

7、轨道安装时必须有电气接地保护措施。；

It must have electric earth connection protect measures

8、车挡现场按实际情况焊接；

Weld according to the actual situation

9、轨道坡差为轨道长的1/1000；

The slope error of the guides is one in the thousand of the guides length

10、所有焊缝；

11、轨道在伸缩缝处间隙为3±1mm；

The space of expansion joint is 3±1mm

（二）、传动部件的安装the installation of drive part

1、各传动部件在安装时须经手动校验，要求灵活正确可靠和无阻滞现象；

All drive parts should be checked by hand when installation, they must be nimble, correct, reliable and no blocking.

2、行走机构两台减速机的转速应绝对相同，安装后应在钢轨上试运行，两边走轮要保证平行前进；

Two reductor of moving device should have the same speed. It must do test run in the rail after installation, the wheel in both sides must move in parallel

3、本机安装后要求四个车轮同时座落钢轨，左右滚轮中心线的偏差值不大于3mm ；The four wheels must stay on the steel rails at the same time after installation, the deviation of left and right wheels center line can’t bigger than 3mm

4、泥耙升降时，构架平面应保持平衡，左右无明显倾斜；

When lift the mud rake, the frame plane should maintain its balance, and no obvious slope 5、所有转动及铰接部位应转动灵活，无卡滞现象。

All turn around and hinge joint parts must be nimble and has no blocking.

（三）、电缆的安装the installation of cable

所有设备安装好后根据现场实际安装情况将电缆支架与池子上的预埋钢板进行焊接并保证牢固。

After installing the equipment, weld the cable stand and the embedded plate.

四、使用操作Operation

1、各驱动机构、减速器各滚动轴承及活动部位要注一定数量的润滑油及油脂。
