摘要

在我国食品行业迅速发展的同时,与之配套的食品添加剂行业的发展也呈快速发展的态势。它已渗透到食品加工行业的各个领域。近20 年来,食品添加剂已成为一门新兴的独立的生产工业,直接影响着食品工业的发展,故其价值远远大于其自身的价值。另外,食品工业的发展又对食品添加剂提出了更高的要求,两者相互促进的。本文就将对食品添加剂做一个简单的概述,帮助大家更好的理解食品添加剂在食品当中的应用。

Abstract

In the rapid development of China's food industry at the same time, with the support of the development of the food additives industry also showed a rapid development trend. It has penetrated into every field of food processing industry. Over the past 20 years, food additives has become a new independent production industry, he directly affects the development of the food industry, so its value is far greater than its own value.
