OPERATIONAL MANUAL

Importing advanced foreign technologies, the WYB-852 and WYB-853 electric griddle is novel in design, exquisite in craftsmanship, easy in operation, rapid in heating, excellent in heat preservation and economical in energy consumption. They are some deal necessities for restaurants, karaoke parties and other places of entertainment.

A.SPECIFICATIONS

2.Transtortation and storage

In transportation, it should be very careful, prevention from heavy vibration. The equipment in package cannot be put in open-air long time. It should be put in the good facility of air and non-corrosive air storage. It cannot be put upside-down. If it is necessary to put it in open-air, it should have waterproof facilities.

3.Notes and operation environment

a.The electric griddle should be put in the stable location. It

should have 10cm distances from the other objects. The

backside should be 20cm away from the wall.

b.The voltage of power should be the same as nameplate of the

griddle. The difference of voltage cannot be beyond ±10%.

c.You should install power switch, fuse and breaker for the

griddle. The objects cannot be put around the switch.

d.The connection terminals are set in the backside of the

griddle. The copper wires not less than 2.5mm2 can be used

for the connection with earth.

e.Before operation, you should check the electronics and

power and earthling.

f.Qualified electrician should do the electricity connection and

installation.

4.Operation

(1)The thermostat is at the side of griddle. If it is double

thermostats, there ate thermostat on left and right side.

The left thermostat is for the control of temperature of left

pan, the right thermostat is for the temperature of right

pan.

(2)Turning on the power switch K1, the red lamp is on , the

power is supplied to the griddle. Turning the thermostats

separately clockwise and point the required temperature to

the red point, the yellow lamp is off and the red lamp is on,

indicating the electric elements begin working, When it

reaches the required temperature, the thermostat cuts off

the power automatically and the yellow lamp is on and the

red lamp is off, the heating elements stop working ,When

the temperature increases. In this cycle, the temperature

can be kept in the setting range.

(3)You can set the required temperature according to the

different food.

5. Cleaning and maintenance

(1)Before cleaning, the power should be cut off.

(2)After work everyday, you should clean the griddle surface

and the leading wire with wet towel, using non-corrosive

detergent.
