蘑菇切丁机的设计

摘要

本设计依照目前的食品加工需求，自行设计了一款用于加工蘑菇罐头的蘑菇切丁机，能够完成对蘑菇的连续喂入、传送、夹持、切丁以及排料等功能。介绍了目前蘑菇切丁机的国内外研究进展和开发状况。此种蘑菇切丁机由电动机，传动装置，切条、切丁装置和机架构成，完成了喂料装置、传送装置、夹持装置、切割装置等关键部件的结构设计，设计并计算了各部件所需要的参数，完成了装备图和零件图的绘制。其特点是，结构简单、动力消耗少、切条切丁一体化、工作效率高。维修方便。可拆卸刀具，满足切条或者切丁的加工要求，切丁大小均匀。

The Design of The Mushroom Cuts Machine

Abstract

The design is according to the need of the food processing at present, It designed a machine which is used in the processing of the canned mushrooms.It can achieve some features which is like that the transfer of the mushroom, clamping the mushroom, dicing the mushroom and the discharge of the mushroom, etc. It Introduced the development of the mushroom dicing machine at home and abroad. This kind of mushroom dicing machine will consist of an electric motor, the transfer device, the cutting device, and the frame, then completed the design of them. In addition , It designed and calculated the parameters of the parts and completed the drawing of the equipment and the parts. Its characteristics are the structure is simple, the less power consumption, the cutting machine is integration and the high work efficiency. Its maintenance is very convenient. It can meet the requirement of the cutting. At last, the small shaped mushrooms are uniform. Keywords：Mushroom；block cuts machine；Integration.
