青岛大剧院剧场及音乐厅座椅要求

Before production the manufacturer has to provide at least two sam-ple chairs. Adjustments according to architectural or acoustic de-mands have to be accomplished before production.

在生产商批量生产之前至少应提供两张椅子样品，并根据建筑师以及声学顾问的要求进行相应调整。

Upholstery, fabric and structure have to be adjusted to the demands of the acoustic engineer. To obtain a comparable acoustic absorp-tion in the halls even when not completely occupied, the bottom of the chair has to be perforated according to acoustic demands. All chairs have to be approved by the client, gmp and Müller-BBM (after separate tests).

椅子的结构，衬里及面料须根据声学顾问的意见进行调整，为在入座率不同的情况下获得相同的吸声性能，座椅底面应根据声学要求使用穿孔板。座椅须经业主，gmp及Müller-BBM 的确认（经过单独测试）。

General appearance

总体外观描述

Armrest, backrest and side feet have a wooden veneer surface. All edges have to be done in massive wood of the same quality and ap-pearance as the veneer.

The seat, armrest and backrest are finished with Trevira CS fabric, fire qualities according to Chinese Code, colour and design accord-ing to gmp. The ventilation is independent from the chair, that means there is no ventilation incorporated in the chair.

A metal number plate (design according to gmp) is fixed to the bot-tom of the seat (visible, when seta is folded up).

扶手，靠背及侧腿为木饰面板，实木收边，效果应与木饰面板浑然一体。

坐面，扶手靠背的织物面采用Trevira CS面料（参见附件一），防火性能根据中国规范，颜色及纹案根据gmp设计。

座椅独立于通风系统，座椅中没有为通风的相应设施。

金属做为标识牌（据gmp设计）固定于座椅底面（当座椅折起时可见）。

Upholstery 衬垫

The upholstery is finished with varnished, 13 mm-thick beech ve-neered plywood, incorporating the supports for the ball-and-socket joints on which it turns. The self-extinguishing, sound-absorbing open-cell polyurethane foam cushion is mounted on the front of the seat. The cushion is covered with upholstery that also has special acoustic properties.

13毫米厚的木夹层板外覆衬垫，支撑于机械折叠机构上。自熄，吸声及开孔的聚氨酯泡沫坐垫固定于底板表面。坐垫表面覆盖具有相应声学性能的衬垫。

The upholstery is 120mm highly elastic open-pored cold foam, which has to obtain the quality of dimension and comfort for at least 10 years of use. Between the upholstery and the foam of both the seat and the back, there is a 5-mm thick TS System fire curtain that

keeps fire from reaching the foam, thus preventing the emission of toxic gases and flames. All other fire specification according to the Chinese Code have to be accomplished.

衬里为120毫米高弹开孔冷塑泡沫，它的质量必须保证十年的舒适使用。在靠背与坐面的衬里与泡沫之间有一层5毫米厚的TS系统防火层，可以防止火焰到达泡沫。

Substructure, fixings and fittings 结构及固定零件

All fixings have to be done invisible, unavoidable screws heads have to be coated in the same colour as the chair (see samples).

All visible fittings should have a high quality coating according to the specifications of the architect.

所有固定应采用隐蔽式，不可避免的螺钉头应采用与座椅一致的涂层（见示例）。所有可见固定件应采用建筑师认可的高质量的涂层。
