第二讲非谓语动词

考点六作主语和表语

（一）动词不定式作主语

不定式作主语时常用it作形式主语，而把不定式移到句子的后面。

It’s a great pleasure to talk with you.

很高兴跟你聊天。

（二）动名词作主语

下列句型中常用动名词作主语：

It is/was a waste (of…)/no use/no good+doing…

There is/was no sense/no point (in) doing sth.

It’s no use crying over spilt milk. 覆水难收

[点津] 1. 动名词表示泛指、抽象、反复、习惯；

2. 不定式表示具体、一次、打算、未做的动作

（三）现在分词、过去分词、不定式、动名词作表语

现在分词作表语，表示主语的特征，意思是“令人……”，一般是物作主语。过去分词作表语说明主语的心理状态，主语是承受者，表示的是被动。

动名词、不定式作表语与作主语时一样的，可以表语、主语互换。

Please describe a dog that is frightened.（狗惊恐）

Please describe a dog that is frightening.（狗令人惊恐）

Teaching is my job. = My job is teaching.

Our plan is to help the poor live a better life.

我们的计划是帮助穷人过上更好的生活。
