ASSOCIATED DISHES

This generic wine will be perfect with any red or white meats, roasted or

sauce poultries, cooked cheeses and fresh red fruit. Being served at

about 16°, it will fully show its qualities. The best is to open the bottles a

few hours before the meal. It will

thus be perfectly oxygenated and will have fully developed its bouquet.
