摘要

运筹学作为一门应用科学，是用科学的方法研究现实世界运行系统的现象和其中具有典型意义的优化问题，从中提出具有共性的模型，寻求解决模型的解决方法。

随着经济的不断发展及运筹学自身的渐趋完善，运筹学模型在经济领域中已经得到了越来越多的广泛应用，在现代经济管理中起着日胜一日的重要作用。

本文是配送中心选址的问题，由于危险化学品不同产品之间存在兼容性问题，为扩大业务缓解存货压力，YZ化工物流公司拟再建一个配送中心。企业需要解决迫切问题是，配送中心设在哪里，以及如何重新规划化学品的存储和运输。这里就涉及到经济利益的问题，企业考虑的是成本利润最优化的问题，本题我们小组通过对可选择的厂址，结合运费经营等成本进行综合分析，建立线性规划模型，分情况进行成本与利润的求解，结合计算机的求解，并对模型的解进行结果分析，结合案例的实际背景，分析结果的可行性，并不断的进行完善和修缮，过程中我们发现通过对解的分析，发现遗漏的限制条件，造成结果的不可行。不断地运用EXCEL求解并进行灵明度分析，结合实际情况加以讨论，最后将各结果进行比较综合分析，得到最优化的结果。

Abstract

As an applied science,operations research is to use the scientific method research operation system of real world phenomena and one of the typical optimization problem,which can put forward a common model ,and seek for solutions to deal with the model.

With the continuous development of economics and gradually perfect of operational research itself ,the operational research models in the areas of the economy has gained more and more widely used ,playing an more and more important role in the modern economic management.

This is the distribution center location problem,due to compatibility problems between different products of dangerous chemicals,to alleviate the pressure of the inventory for expanding business,YZ chemical logistics company intends to build a distribution center. The urgent problem which enterprises need to solve is that where the distribution center located ,and how to reorganize chemicals storage and transport.Here involves the issue of economic interests.What enterprises consider is the cost and profit optimization problem. This our team analyzes comprehensively considering the choice of sites,combined with the cost of freight management carries.And we establish linear programming model with the solution of the points situation carrying on the cost and profit,combined with computer.And we analyze the solution results of the model in combination with the practical background of the case to think about the feasibility of the analysis of the results,and constantly to improve and repair.What we found through the analysis of the solution in the process is that if missing the limiting conditions will cause the results not workable.So we constantly use EXCEL to solve and analyze spirit lightness,combined with the actual situation and discuss,finally we compare and analyze the results comprehensively,optimal results are obtained.
