企业绩效管理的现状,成因及对策
摘要
绩效管理是企业永恒的主题。目前我国大多数企业已经认识到绩效管理对企业获取卓越绩效和竞争优势所起的重要作用,但同时也饱受着绩效管理实施过程中带来的困惑和困难。无疑,绩效管理已成为我国企业管理的重点、焦点和难点。尽管当前绩效管理的理论和工具数不胜数,但成功实施绩效管理的企业却少之又少。此外,企业内外部环境的变化使得企业的管理需求更加多样化,而企业管理需求的多样化又进一步加大了绩效管理实施的难度。如何保证绩效管理不仅适应企业实际,同时适时反映企业内外部环境变化,也就成了当前理论界和企业界面临的新课题。本文首先回顾了主要的绩效管理理论和方法,分析了绩效管理的应用现状,提出了理想绩效的特征及贡献。然后阐述了企业绩效管理存在的问题及其存在的原因,以及对其完善的相应的对策。

Abstract
Performance management is a perpetual issue for any enterprises.At present, most enterprises have recognized that performance management had played an important role in the process of obtaining outstanding performance and competitive advantage, but they also suffered a lot of confusion and difficulties in the course of implementing the performance management. There is no doubt that performance management has become the emphasis of China's enterprise management, focus and difficult. Although the current performance management tools and theories are a broad array, there are few and far between enterprises successful in impementing the performance management. In addition, with the internal and external changes of the environment, the business management needs more diverse, which further intensify the implementation of performance management more difficulties. How to ensure that the enterprise performance management not only adapt to reality, and timely reflect the changes of the environment, will become the theoretical circles and the business community faced a new topic.
This paper firstly reviewed the main performance management theory and methods, analyzed the performance management in the application of enterprises,raised the issue of ideal performance management’s features and contributions. Then expounded the procedure of establishing performance management system . And stressed the importance of combination of strategy management and performance management .
