【摘要】目的 分析多模式教学在规培护士带教中应用效果。方法 将 2017 年 1 月—12 月护士规范化培训学员 50 名作为对照组,采用传统
[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of multi-mode teaching in the standardized training nurses. Methods From January to December in 2017, 50 standardized training nurses students were used as the control group, and the control group was given the traditional one-to-one teaching mode. From January to December in 2018, 50 standardized training nurses students were used as the observation group, and the observation group was given multi-mode teaching. After the end of the training, the basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation skill scores of the two groups of nurses, the satisfaction of the nurses to the profession and the critical thinking ability of the nurses were compared. Results The basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the observation group were (95.9±7.2) points and (93.7±6.3) points, while the control group were (86.8±6.5) points and (84.3±5.7) points respectively. The basic theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The observation group's job satisfaction score was (191.0±24.7) points, while the control group was (173.9±19.2) points. The observation group nurses had higher job satisfaction scores than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The critical thinking ability score of the observation group was (239.0±34.7) points, while that of the control group was (210.8±29.2) points. The critical thinking ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multi-mode teaching is effective in standardized training nurses teaching, which can significantly improve the basic theory and operational skills of nurses, and improve nurses’ professional satisfaction and critical thinking ability.
