贮氢合金粉产业介绍

甘肃稀土新材料股份有限公司贮氢产业是国家高技术产业化示范工程项目之一，脉承北京有色金属研究总院“863”贮氢合金材料产业化生产技术。该项目年产高性能稀土贮氢粉1200吨。2010年获国家重点新产品称号，项目整体技术达到国际先进水平。2013年甘肃稀土针对贮氢产业发展需要，改造原有生产线，进行升级改造生产工艺。根据动力电池用贮氢合金粉的性能要求，有效提高贮氢合金粉的寿命、产品稳定均一性，使产品性能提升一个档次。同时配套熔炼、热处理实验设备，建立重点实验室，提升新产品研发能力，最终向混合动力车用合金粉进军。历经十余年的沉淀，升级改造完成后，甘肃稀土贮氢合金粉以崭新的面貌为新老用户提供更优质、更完善的产品和服务。

Introduction of Hydrogen Storage Alloy Powder Industry

The Hydrogen Storage Industry of Gansu Rare Earth New Material Limited-Liability Company is one of the national high-tech industrialization demonstration project,which follows Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute “863”hydrogen storage alloy material industrialization production technology. The project has an annual output of 1200 tons of high-performance rare earth hydrogen storage powder. In 2010, it was awarded as national key new products and the overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level.In 2013, Gansu Rare Earth targets the hydrogen

storage industry development needs, transforming the original production line, upgrading the production technology. According to the performance requirements of power battery using hydrogen storage alloy powder, effectively improve the service life of hydrogen storage alloy powder and stable product homogeneity will make the product performance better. In the meantime,it is equipped with melting and heat treatment experimental equipment, establishes key laboratory, promotes new product development ability and eventually marches on hybrid car alloy powders. After more than 10 years of sedimentation, Gansu Rare Earth hydrogen storage alloy powder is with a new look to provide better and more perfect products and services for the new and old users after the completion of the upgrade.

Physical Performance and Appearance: Silver gray metal powder, apparent density: 3.2±0.5g/cm3; Tap density: 5.0±0.5g/cm3.

3.包装：产品以铝箔袋真空包装5kg/袋；外包装以纸箱内衬PE膜包装；20kg/箱，每吨一托。

Package: In 5 kg aluminium foil bag; The outer packing is in cartons lined with PE film packaging; 20 kg/box, 1 ton on a pallet.

4.保质期：真空包装完好保质期3年，开袋后请于4小时内使用。

Shelf life: Vacuum packing sound shelf life for 3 years, please use within 4 hours after the bag is opened.

5.用途：稀土贮氢合金粉主要用于生产民用及动力型环保、清洁、节能镍氢电池负极材料。

Usage: Rare Earth hydrogen storage alloy powder is mainly used in the production of civil and power environmental protection, clean, energy-saving nickel-metal hydride battery cathode materials.
