花生剥壳设备带式输送机设计

摘要
中国是一个农业大国,花生又在各种农作物中占很大比例。每年每户农民家都能收几千斤。每年收完花生都要进行去皮处理以便进一步的加工。花生剥壳处理的首选机械就是花生剥壳机。
花生剥壳机是将花生荚果去掉外壳而得到花生仁的场上作业机械。由于花生本身的生理特点决定了花生剥壳不能与花生的田间收获一起进行联合作业,而只能在花生荚果的含水率降到一定程度后才能进行剥壳。随着花生种植业的不断发展,花生手工剥壳已无法满足高效生产的要求,实行剥壳机械化迫在眉睫。然而,传统意义上的剥壳机械又略显笨拙,它需要人站在高处才能把花生倒进机器,很是费力。
所以,这里我设计了一部皮带输送机。人可以站在比较舒适的体位下把花生倒到输送机上,输送机再把花生送到剥壳机里!这样不但节省劳力还可以大大提高劳动生产率。

Abstract
China is a large agricultural country, a variety of peanut crop is the main actor. Farmers each year can be received at home a few heavy. End of annual intake of peanut processing have to be peeled in order to further processing. Peeled peanut processing machinery is preferred peanut shelling machine.
Peanut shell peanut pod machine is to remove the peanut shell and the market has been operating machinery. Peanut itself as a result of the physical characteristics of the peanut shell peanut field can not be a joint operation with the harvest, but only in the peanut pod moisture content down to a certain extent, be carried out after the shelling. With the peanut industry in the continuous development of planting, peanut shell manual has been unable to meet the requirements of efficient production, mechanization and imminent implementation of shell. However, in the traditional sense and a little clumsy mechanical shell, it needs to stand above the peanuts into the machine, it is laborious.
Therefore, I designed a conveyor belt. People can stand more comfortable position of peanuts down to under the conveyor, the conveyor and then to decorticating machine in peanut! This will not only labor-saving can also be greatly improved labor productivity.
