Overview
The main application of the vertical mixed flow pumps of Type HL 、 HLK and HLKS 、 HLKT is as circulation pumps in power plants. In general, these pumps can be also used for transporting clean water, rainwater, sewage and seawater under 55 ℃ for mines, city infrastructures and agricul ture projects.
4. The axial force is normally borne by the thrust bearing of motor, and it can be borne by the thrust bearing of the pump with special design.
5. Rubber bearing, Thordon bearing and Tianlong bearing can be adopted for guide Bearing. 6. Soft packing or liquid packing can be adopted for shaft seal.

概述
HL、HLK、HLKS、HLKT 型立式斜流泵主要适合于电厂作循环水泵用,也可用于工矿、城市和农田建设给 排水。输送介质为 55℃以下的清水、雨水、污水及海水。

7. Besides adopting the materials and dope of enduring seawater corroding, the pump transporting
seawater also adopts the equipment of abandoning anode and exterior power cathode protecting to prevent the parts of pump from electrochemisty corrosion.
3. The impeller is single stage: multi-stage impeller can be designed if necessary. There are three types of vane:non-adjustable, half-adjustable and adjustable vane.

结构说明
1. 泵的吸水池一般为湿坑式(即将泵直接插入敞开的水池中):若用户需要,也了设计成干坑式结构。 2. 泵分为不可抽出式、转子(包括导叶体)可抽出式、泵整体可抽出式。 3. 叶轮一般为单级,根据需要也可设计为多级:叶轮叶片分为不可调、半可调、全可调三种形式。 4. 泵的轴向推力一般由电动机推力轴承承受,也可设计成由泵自身推力轴承承受。 5. 泵的导轴承可采用橡胶轴承、赛龙轴承或天龙轴承。 6. 泵的轴封采用盘根软填料或液体填料。 7. 输送海水的泵,除采用耐海水腐蚀的材料和涂料处,还采用牺牲阳极法和外部电源法阴极保护装置,

Overview
