中文摘要

物流企业的核心业务就是物流业,它侧重于物流中心本身的成本和收益,物流中心的选址对其能否充分发挥规模效益和服务优势起着决定作用。因此,对物流中心的选址,必须进行科学的定性和定量分析。

物流中心选址研究己形成了多种方法,大致可分为定性和定量两类。定性的方法主要是结合AHP (层次分析法) 和模糊综合评价对各方案进行指标评价,找出最优选址。

定量的方法主要分为连续模型与离散模型两类。

连续模型的代表方法是重心法。离散模型有Kueho Hambuger(奎汉·哈姆勃兹)模型、Baumol-Woife模型等。定性的方法在考虑因素的完备性上有一定的优势,但在成本、效益等量化指标的准确性上则显不足;定量方法恰与之相反。本文将定量和定性的方法相结合,使其在物流中心选址的准确性和完备性上相互补足。

本文注意到重心法选址只是考虑运输成本因素的最优地址,而物流中心选址中,有很多重要的因素,其中,运输费用是最核心的因素,除此之外,自然环境、经营环境、基础设施等因素也是至关重要的。我们可以首先使用重心法求得的最优地址作为物流中心的备选地址,然后结合层次分析法,来对影响物流中心选址的诸多因素进行综合分析和评估来选择最优方案。

通过重心法和层次分析法相结合的选址方法,用重心法求一组物流中心备选方案及原则,借助层次分析法对备选方案进行综合因素比较,能够较好的满足实际应用。

Abstract

Logistics enterprise's core business is the logistics industry, it focuses on the logistics center

of the costs and benefits of its own, the sitting of a logistics center for its ability to give full play

to the advantage of economies of scale and services play a decisive role. Therefore, the sitting of a

logistics center, we must carry out scientific analysis of qualitative and quantitative.

Study of logistics center location has a variety of methods which can be broadly classified

into two types of qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative methods connect the AHP (Analytic

Hierarchy Process) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of various indicators to identify the

optimal location.

Quantitative method is divided into Continuous Model and Discrete model. Gravity method

is representative of Continuous model while Kueho Hambuger model and Baumol-Woife model

are representatives of discrete model. The qualitative method has advantages on the completeness

of factors, but in terms of cost, effectiveness are significantly scarce.

Gravity method only takes Transportation costs into consideration. But in Logistics center

location, there are many important factors and Transportation costs are the core factors. Besides,

The natural environment, business environment, infrastructure are of great importance. Firstly we

can use Gravity method to find optimal Address as options address of the logistics center, and

then combined with AHP, analyzing comprehensively and evaluating various factors to find the

optimal address.

Through the combination of Gravity method and AHP, it can be better to meet the practical application.
