OQ1:It was NOV.2013 and we two,me and my partner XuHang in my school club named English Union ,joined aa english debate competition held by Xidian University in the whole area of China.there are many powerful team from other area in china.i grow up in Xi'an ,Shaanxi when i was born and never leave it.It's true that the English level in the Northwest China is lower than other areas especially i was developed in such a traditional education system and local area.So i felt so nerves and upset when we met some mighty team. What’s more ,the trainer there are all American speaker. Their speaking speed is beyond my tolerance,i adapt to their style industriously in the whole morning because i had never ever in such a circumstance.Maybe you interviewer would laugh at my action but it’s true that the circumstance is different from the circumstance i live in before. So we two realized we should do something to fit because it will be the competition tomorrow when we had such a bad feeling according to a whole day training. We started to speak english during the part time of training day even we were eating,we also realized we should force ourselves to communicate with others to prove my psychological quality.i grab an opportunity when the evening training began. I tried to show myself and express my points harder and chat with the foreign trainer about their training topic of BP debate such as mariajuana and abortion.I found a foreign trainer named Mitch has the same hobby --- NBA and sneakers.I still remembered a pair of black-cat style Air jordan 1 is on his feet,I found that and pick him up about sneakers and NBA games. He favors Trail Blazer and Larmarcus Aldridge but I prefer Kevin Durant.We chatted for a long time that made me feel more confidence and comfortable.And finally i didn’t feel hurry when enjoying BP debate ,we team won the third prize,not bad for me.It’s usual for us to face the different circumstance and we do need to fit in it. I’m a outgoing person and the ablity of observation and fitness is my advantage so my way is making the pressure as power and force myself to acknowledge what the circumstance is and what should i do to deal with it,that’s really a helpful way.
