车身车间培训区

Training Area in the Body Shop

概述

Summary

车间的培训区域也在承包商的工作范围。承包商需完成车间培训区域的设计、制作、安装、调试、业主维修人员的培训及直到终验收，并向业主提供符合要求的相关资料。

The training area of the shop is also suppliers’responsibility. Design, manufacture, installation, debug, training maintainers of the owner and the producing accompany until the final acceptance check should be accomplished by the supplier and the relative right data should be also provided to the owner.

承包商在回标时，须向业主提供车间的培训区域中所用到的设备，报价需要单独列出。

The supplier should provide the equipments of the training area and the price should be listed separately.

培训区域描述

Training Area Description

业主最终将在车身车间建立一块培训区。大概构思为：

The owner will build a training area in the Body Shop. The approximate concept is:

1．机器人培训区：包括机器人，焊接系统，能放前地板的简易手动工装夹具一套，并有安全防护栏保护。机器人及焊接系统应具备焊接功能。机器人、焊接系统、简易手动工装夹具要求参看相关附件。

Robot Training Area: Include robot, wield system and a simple manual fixture for Main floor.

Safe shield fence is required. The function of welding can be implanted by the CRW system .The requirement for robot, wield system and simple manual fixture is contained in pertinent accessory.

2．焊接培训区：一套手动焊接焊机、两把C型焊枪，能放车身右侧侧围简易手动工装夹具一套。有安全防护栏保护。焊接设备，简易手动工装夹具参看相关附件。

Wield Training Area: 1 manual wield machine and 2 type C wield guns and a simple manual fixture for Body-side (RH). Safe shield fence is required. The requirement for wield machine, simple manual fixture is contained in pertinent accessory.

3．整个培训区域应当用安全防护栏与整个生产车间隔离，确保生产与培训的安全。

Shield fence is required to protect the whole training area for safety.

承包商需完成但不限于以下工作：

What the contractor should finish but not limit to:

1、承包商需完成车间培训区域的设计、安装、调试；在回标时需提供培训区域图。

2、需提供所有培训区域使用的设备资料、清单、及价格；

3、提供所有关于培训区域的机器人、焊机焊枪设备等的文件、手册等资料（提供中文

和英文版本）；

4、培训区域的设计与安装调试的时间节点符合车间建设的整体进度要求；

1.Design, installation, debug of the training area should be accomplished by the contractor.

The training area drafts should be provided when the supplier submit the bid.

2.Data, lists and price of equipments should be provided.

3.All documents/manuals etc (Chinese Ver & English Ver.) about robot and wield machine

in the training area should be provided.

4.The design and debug time of the training area should be identical with the whole shop

building time.
