篇一:企业文化建设研究(毕业论文) 自学考试本科毕业论文题目:浅析企业文化建设专业:工商企业管理学生姓名:邬水华指导老师: 起讫日期: 2012年8月20日-2012年10月10日 1 摘要随着改革开放和市场经济的不断发展,我国企业文化建设理论上与实践上取得了很大成绩,对建设我国特色社会主义建设和促进国民经济发展都起到了积极作用。企业文化是企业的灵魂。一个没有自己企业文化的企业其经营往往是随波逐流的,其员工也没有主人翁意识,这样的企业很难在市场上长久生存下去。在现代市场经济大潮中,企业将面临激烈的竞争和巨大的机遇,企业要想发展并在竞争中立于不败之地,必须高度重视企业文化建设,充分发挥企业文化在市场竞争中的作用。本文从企业文化建设的基础理论介绍入手,阐述了企业文化建设的重要性及建设途径。关键词:企业文化建设途径 Abstract Since the reform and opening up, China s building of enterprise culture in theory and practice has made great achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics and promote the building of national economic development have played an active role.
