此类要点中常含“以你或你朋友的经历说明……”“讲述一次你或你朋友……的经历”等。

叙述经历一般包括记叙文的基本要素，即某人在何时何地因何原因做何事。

这个故事往往是与阅读材料中的故事相类似，且要紧扣你要说明的主题。

常用句型：

The author tells us her experience of how she overcame difficulties to join an orchestra successfully. She concludes that she can realize her dream owing to her never giving up When it comes to perseverance, I can't help remembering my mother, whose dream was to be a teacher. Though living in a poor family, she kept pursuing her dream while doing part time jobs to help support the family.
Luckily, things didn't go as my mom expected as my grandparents disagreed and even forced her to quit her study. At that time, girls were considered less important in the family and often had to work to pay the tuition fee for boys. However, determined to achieve her dream, my mom worked even harder, saving money by doing some extra work secretly and devoting every minute she had to studying. Now my mom is teaching in a famous school.
