2019-2020学年七年级下期英语备课组工作计划一、指导思想:以课改精神为工作指导,抓好备课组工作,积极贯彻教导处工作计划,切实减轻学生的课业负担,不断优化教学过程,提高教学质量,培养富有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才。
二、三年整体目标:1、培养学生学习语言的能力,全面提高学生听、说、读、写方面的综合语言运用能力,以符合素质教育的要求。
2、对学生审题、答题的应试能力做有计划的训练和指导,以应对应试教育之需。
3、通过有计划的教学,全组一定积极努力,争取实现“一年出低谷,两年上台阶,三年创辉煌”的目标。
三、具体目标:初一:继续培养学生学习英语的兴趣,注重语音教学,把好书写关,强调朗读背诵的重要性,继续阅读习惯的培养,做好的积累,为初二打好基础。
初二:学生已掌握了良好的学习方法,兴趣盎然地进入到学习英语的状态中,教师帮学生做好知识系统化、知识点的串化的工作,督促并有措施地使知识牢固,做好量的积累。

2、每个组完成正常授课以外,要为某一个专项(听、说、读、写)负责,并做出具体的策划和长远的实施经组内讨论后统一执行。
3、坚决贯彻六步教学法,坚持使用并优化导学提纲,继续坚持大小备课,落实超节备课,实现资源共享。
