说明:
当旋转编码器安装在电机上时设定此值,安装在丝杠上此值可以不设定。计算
上电后方可开始工作。在“旋切”、“快进”、“快退”、“自检”状态下无法关闭“刀 台电源”以保证变频器无负载启停。 3. “辊子电源”键按一次指示灯点亮,此时辊子电机不受本控制器工作模式控制, 一直处于开启状态,再按辊子电源键一次指示灯熄灭,控制器恢复对辊子电机控 制。此时如需让辊子电机停转,请直接按停止键即可。 4. 在停机状态下按“设定”键进入设定状态,在设定状态下按“快退”、“快进”键 为前后翻页功能。设定选项数值可通过“增加”、“减少”键实现。具体参数设定 请参见功能参数表。需要对系统内部参数设定时请先进入设定状态,然后按住“快 退”后翻页键不放再按设定键一次即进入系统内部参数设定。 5. 当系统内部参数更改或控制器重新安装到其他的机器上时,控制器参数调整完毕 后请对控制器重新上电。 6. 测距编码器如安装在丝杆上可根据螺距大小选择 100~800 点,如安装在电机上 选择 50~100 点即可保证精度。最好不要选择点数过大的编码器。 7. 在安装“零点检测”开关的时候,当机器上电“自检”结束后,用直尺测量双辊 子内切面到切刀位子的距离再加上辊子的半径,对比屏幕上所显示的刀台位子进 行校正。 8. 刀头/刀尾补偿系数的应用,例如;发现旋切后的单板刀尾部分偏厚,并估算其 大概位子在原木直径到达 100 毫米时比较明显,那么就首先调节“刀尾补偿”开 始位子为 100mm,然后根据厚度的偏差量调整“刀尾补偿系数”即可达到要求。

数控旋切一体机在我们的生活中经常的见到,大家也都知道是处理木材的一种机械,那么在我们使用过程中会经常的出现一些问题,下面我们就来看一下这些故障要怎么进行处理。
1、送上电源,指示灯亮,电机不能启动。
原因:电源缺相或主控制线虚接。
解决方法:检修电源与控制线和总停止按钮。
2、板皮忽薄忽厚。
原因:刀高或刀低,刀缝与进刀挂轮不一致,木材阴阳面。
解决方法:参照调刀图表调整刀高度,调整到缝与挂轮,更换木料。
3、正常旋切时自动进刀,时进时停。
原因:(1)进给电路虚接;(2)电磁离合片打滑,刀过高。
解决方法:(1)检修进给线是否虚接;(2)用汽油或柴油清洗离合片,调整刀高。
4、板皮前厚后薄。
原因:刀低,刀缝过小。
解决方法:参照调刀图,调整刀高和刀缝。
5、撞到后退行程开关时不自动退刀。
原因:行程开关和退刀控制电路断路。
解决方法:更换行程开关检修线路。
6、自动退刀时,撞到后行程开关不停车,总停止按钮不起作用。
原因:退刀接触点烧结不松开。
解决方法:修磨触点,更换新接触器。
7、板皮横截面薄厚不匀。
原因:刀刃不平直,刀缝大小不一致。
解决方法:重新磨刀,调整刀锋。
8、板皮连接不上。
原因:刀过高过低,刀缝与进刀挂轮配合不好,阴阳面。
解决方法:1、调整刀高,刀缝与进刀挂轮,更换木头。
2、板皮忽薄忽厚。
原因:刀高或刀低,刀缝与进刀挂轮不一致,木材阴阳面。

生产厂家保证的旋切机的保修期为该机发运后的六个月,在此期间内,厂家仅负责更换有缺陷的部件,但不包含因跌落、私自改动、未遵守维护要求、错误操作或不正当使用设备造成的损坏。
运输和包装费用由客户承担。
关于设备上的警告和危险标识在本使用手册中,根据危险情况的差异,安全注意事项分为“危险”和“注意”两个等级。

该设备双辊固定,刀体座沿平行导轨移动的方式,通过两根进给丝杠同时推动刀体座在水平方向移动。
采用先进的数控系统,能动态的运算根据当前旋切木料的直径、摩擦辊的转速、用户需要的旋切板厚度等参数,计算出进给速度,达到厚度均匀一致。
同时刀体座上固定有能自动调节单辊与旋切刀之间距离的结构(刀缝自动调节功能)。

河北九顺旋切一体机是木业生产过程中不可缺少的一个重要设备,随着旋切一体机的普遍使用,每个厂家都具备一台这样的设备,但是旋切一体机的使用不是摸索着来的,是严格按照流程来的。
操作工在上岗前须经过严格的岗位培训和安全培训,考核合格后方可上岗操作设备。
1、工作时,操作人员思想要集中,手脚要灵敏,衣袖要扎紧,戴齐相应的防护用品。
2、启动前,检查手柄位置是否正确,限位保护措施是否完好,调整皮带及链条的松紧是否合适。
3、根据工艺要求,调整旋切厚度,确认无误后方可开机。
开机后严禁调整旋切厚度。
4、开机空转1到2分钟,确认无异常后,才可以正式开始工作。
5、装夹材料时一定要切断电源。
装夹一定要牢固。
6、操作人员因故离开机器时,必须切断电源。
7、下班后,切断电源,清扫设备及周围卫生。
8、设备运行中如出现异常,应立即停止并通知专业维修人员检修,排除故障后方可开机。
9、操作工严禁乱动电器,防止触电。
