分切机使用说明书一、基本参数1、适用咀棒长度80-120mm,直径 5-8mm2、机器总功率: 1.6kw,380v 3ph3、外形尺寸: 8500*700*1700mm(L*W*H)4、重量: 500KG二、使用规程 ;1、检查机器各部位是否因运输及其它原因引起松动现象,调节机器的四只底脚螺丝,校验水平置机器于平整地面上2、外接高压气到调压阀处,二路气管吹气目的为排除轮鼓右下方空槽内残留的咀棒,以使轮鼓能顺利接纳新咀棒,调节调压阀气压,以达到最佳使用效果。

3、联接外接三相电源,打开置于操作钮箱上的钥匙开关,右边的绿灯亮说明电源已正常接通,操作按钮角箱上放的黑色旋钮调节器为控制轮鼓右上角小拔轮的转速,通过转动旋钮来调节为小拔轮的转速,实际使用时旋钮调到最高(按顺时针方向)4、检查轮鼓左边的刀架和咀棒压片间隙位置,调整刀片左右距离,使刀片能正中切入轮鼓的刀片槽中,两刀片的间距即为要切割咀棒的长度: 20mm 和 15mm,拧紧刀片夹座片上的螺钉以固定刀片位置5、装满咀棒后,打开钥匙开关power,绿灯亮,注意按以下操作:A 、始终先按下刀片knife 绿色按钮,使刀片先转动起来,并检查转动是否顺畅,有无刺耳声音。

B、再按下轮鼓( Drum)绿色按钮,使轮鼓转动、同时确认轮鼓右上角的转动小轴开始转动,即可开始工作。

C、如有故障需停机时,始终确认:先按下Drum红色停止键,停1-2 秒后再按 Knfe 红色键,使刀片停止转动,这样避免咀棒在轮鼓与刀片间卡死。

6、刀架部件里面的齿轮定期清理,并补加润滑脂。

7、移动刀架时卸下上下两颗螺丝,往左向平移,使刀片退出轮鼓的刀片槽,然后松开同步带,拔出刀架轴上的同步带轮、即可卸下整了刀架,供维修清理用。

安装时,刀架平移靠向轮鼓,使刀片正确切入轮鼓槽中,固定上下两颗螺丝,从后面装上同步带轮,松开驱动电机的底脚螺丝往右移动,方便装上同步带,然后电机座向右移,确认同步带合适的松紧度,固定电机底座螺丝即可正常工作。

木材加工业,完整工艺流程:上木机—旋切机—剪切—堆垛。 旋切机作用:用于将木段旋切成一定厚度的单板,供制造胶合板用。 有卡、无卡区别:固定木头的方式。有卡是使用两个卡头卡住木头的两端 截面使木头旋转,无卡使木头旋转的方式是靠三个挤滚同时旋转把木头挤 转从而达到工作的要求,无卡旋切机没卡头 。 有卡无卡特点: 卡头的直径一般是100mm左右,不能有效利用100mm以内 的木芯。无卡轴旋切机主要用于旋切小木径或有卡的剩余木芯(木心30mm 到300mm),优点是对木材的利用率高,与有卡相比缺点是精度差、故障 率高等。精度有卡在0.05mm以内,无卡在0.1-0.2mm。

旋切机适用于小直径圆木及有卡旋切机剩余木轴的再加工,加工皮子厚度从1.0~2.6mm,若需加厚,应向河北德贝尔机械厂方协商订做,木皮用做人造板的夹心或面皮以及其它用途。

一、产品概述
1.1、产品的主要用途及特点
电脑数控无卡旋切机是将人工修直的原木或有卡机旋切剩余的木芯旋切成单板的一种设备。

该设备双辊固定,刀体座沿平行导轨移动的方式,通过两根进给丝杠同时推动刀体座在水平方向移动。

采用先进的数控系统,能动态的运算根据当前旋切木料的直径、摩擦辊的转速、用户需要的旋切板厚度等参数,计算出进给速度,达到厚度均匀一致。

同时刀体座上固定有能自动调节单辊与旋切刀之间距离的结构(刀缝自动调节功能)。

由于该机采用上述结构,同市场上现有的设备具有以下特点:
数控无卡旋切机系统由智能微电脑控制器、变频器及位移数控无卡旋切机传感器等部分组成,可以实现数控操作,真正的实现了自动化的效果。

具有以下几个特点:
1、采用工业级控制芯片,并在软硬件上增加多项抗干扰措施,具有极高的可靠性和稳定性。

2、采用大屏幕LCD显示器,全中文菜单,操作界面汉字显示整个机器的工作情况,为用户提供方便的调试数据,设置参数简单快捷。
