五、其它事宜与酬金支付办法

1.乙方因署名甲方的科研成果与其他单位发生智力成果的归属权纠纷，乙方独立承担相关责任。

2.乙方与甲方聘期满三年时进行中期考核。乙方中期考核合格则继续执行合同，中期考核不合格则终止本合同。

六、除发生不可抗拒因素致使合同无法履行外，各方应严格履行合同中的各项条款，如发生争议，应协商处理，对合同有关条款的变更，应征得对方同意。因合同的执行、变更产生纠纷又不能协商解决的，协议方约定在甲方住所地进行相关仲裁或诉讼。本合同如有未尽事项，应由各方协商，做出补充规定。补充规定与本合同具有同等效力。

译文：五In the event that ownership dispute of cosigned Intellectual Property with any other parties，Party B shall take sole responsibilities. After three years of employment,a mid-term assessment shall be conducted.Party B shall continue to execute the contract if it passes the mid-term assessment, and terminate the contract if it fails to pass the mid-term assessment.

八The contract is made out in three original，being valid upon signatures and seals by both parties.For issues not covered, both parties shall resolve through consultation.
