机座电池盖三维造型及模具设计

摘要:

本文主要是设计一个机座的电池盖,利用实体模型测量产品的尺寸,对实体进行建模,并对塑件进行模具设计,包括塑件成品的设计、工艺参数的分析与计算、工作部分的设计、模具结构的设计和加工方案的制定以及二维、三维图的绘制,其中重点介绍了分型面的设计、流道系统的选择、型腔型芯的设计与模具总体结构的设计,这次设计主要运用Pro/ENGINEER 3.0软件及CAD软件来完成整个设计工作,完成了整个模具的设计,包括模具装配图和零件三维图、二维图。从中学习到了许多模具设计的知识并对课本上所学知识有了进一步的理解,理论联系实际,综合运用了所学的模具、机械、力学、制图等方面的相关知识。

此外,本文还介绍了注塑模国外的现状,我国模具产业与国外的差距以及模具的发展前景、未来趋势。

Design of Injection Mould

【Abstract】This paper is to design a phone standby battery cover ,using the entity model measuring the size of the product ,basing on the actual plastic products in the manufacturing company, creates a model for the actual product and designs the plastic mould including the design of plastic finished product, analysis and account of craft parameter, the design of work piece, mould structure ,2 d and 3 d drawing of the graph and the processing project.

The designer focuses on the design and account work of parting-surface ,the choice of the runner system ,the design of the core ,the design of the cavity and the design of mould overall structure . Pro-Engineer3.0 and CAD 2007 is applied to the whole design to complete the whole of the mould design ,including the mold assembly drawing ,the three dimensional figure and the floor plan of parts。This work makes the designer know more about the skills of mould design and deepen the knowledge he studied in the University. Theory with practice ,integrated use of the knowledge learned molds, machinery, mechanics, graphics and other aspects.

In addition ,this paper also introduced the present situation of the injection mold at home and abroad ,the gap between the mould industry in China and the mould industry abroad ,prospects for development of the mould industry and the future trend of mould industry。
