Tianjin “Go Believe”Baozi（Steamed Bun）到天津不吃“狗不理包子”是旅游者的遗憾。刚出屉的热气腾腾爽眼舒心的包子，看上去如同薄雾之中含苞秋菊，再咬上一口，油水汪汪，香而不腻。狗不理包子好吃关键在于选料、配方、搅拌以至揉面、擀面都是有一定的绝招儿，特别是包子褶花匀称，每个包子都不少于18个褶。

“狗不理”包子铺原名“德聚号”，已有百余年历史，店主名叫高贵友，他的乳名“狗子”。因其父亲四十得子，为求平安养子，故取其名。他的包子很受顾客欢迎，生意越做越火，“狗子”卖包子忙得顾不上与顾客说话，人们取笑他：“狗子卖包子，一概不理”。日久天长，喊顺了嘴。包子出了名，高贵友的大名反倒被忘记了。

The Original name the “Go Believe”was "Dejuhao" (A place where people who have moral virtue would gather in), which had lasted for over 100 years. The restaurant owner, Gao guiyou, had a infant name “Gou zi(little dog)”, which was named by his father who had a son in his forty.

And “Gou zi” is the good wish of his father for praying his son to be safe and happy(Dogs in Chinese family are easy to take care of and very active.). His restaurant was so popular that he didn’t have time to talk with those customers. Then people made fun of him with this joking word “Gouzi sells Baozi without saying a word.”After a long time, people were accustomed to the nickname, and his real name “Gao guiyou”was forgotten .

狗不理包子不仅在历史上为慈禧太后喜爱，今天也深得大众百姓和外国友人的青睐，许多国家都已经“输入”了“狗不理”。
