Getting StartedThank you for purchasing Organimation Version 2 for the Korg Kronos! We believe you will be thrilled with the new musical potential Organimation brings to your keyboard. We’ve gone back to the drawing board to create outstanding new rotary speaker effects programming, warm tube overdrive emulations, and vintage tone shaping, combining them with the updated CX3 engine in 84 new presets – 42 new sounds in both stereo and gig-friendly mono settings. We’ve also included all of the original sounds from version 1 for a full bank of 128 programs.After unzipping the product download file, use your computer to copy the entire unzipped contents to your USB media. Connect the USB media to the Kronos. In Disk mode, highlight the file “Organimation_V2.PCG.” Touch “Load.” By default, Organimation will load to theU-G bank. If you wish to load to a different bank, use the “.PCG Contents” field to load “Bank U-G” to the bank of your choice. Unless otherwise noted, all sounds have the following controller assignments when the Control Assign switch Tone Adj/EQ is active and set to Tone Adj.Left Hand Controller Section:Joystick+Y – Toggles rotary speaker speed between slow and fast. Default speed is slow for most sounds.SW1 – Provides tone adjustment and/or overdrive.SW2 – Enables digital delay.Ribbon – Starts and stops the rotary speaker (toggle) for a small number of sounds. These sounds have “ribbon” in the name.Real-time Drawbar Control:Sliders 1-8 and the Master slider adjust the Upper part drawbars.Knobs:1. Vibrato / Chorus Type2. Amp Gain3. Expression4. Overtone5. Key-On Click6. Bass EQ Gain7. Mid EQ Gain8. Treble EQ GainTop Row Switches:1. Enables Upper Vibrato / Chorus. (Default is C3 for most sounds. Use Knob 1 to adjust.)2. Enables Lower Vibrato / Chorus. (Default is C3. Use Knob 1 to adjust.)3. Adds Noise, even when no notes are played.4. Adds Leakage.5. Enables Percussion.6. Percussion Volume (On = Loud)7. Percussion Decay Time (On = Fast)8. Enables Keyboard SplitVolume Pedal:If a foot pedal is connected to the Assignable Pedal jack, it will provide volume control when its Global assignment is Expression (CC #11).Managing Effects in Multi-Timbral UseMost Organimation programs utilize several Insert effects, both Master effects, and both Total effects to create the best organ sounds the Kronos allows. When you use Organimation in a multitimbral context, you may need to allocate some of the effects resources to other sounds. Here are suggested guidelines:IFX’s prior to the rotary speaker effects provide tone shaping / overdrive. If this is not necessary for your song, you can reassign these effects. Note that some tone shaping effects are partnered with EQ, so you will need to listen to determine which IFX’s to omit.The next IFX’s are rotary speaker effects plus the EQ and tone shaping effects they require. We recommend that you do not assign alternate effects to these IFX blocks, with the possible exception of guitar cabinet effects found in some of the version 1 programs.Last in the IFX chain, some organs use an effect to simulate mono miking for the rotary speaker cabinet. If you do not need the rotary speaker to be mono-miked, this IFX can be reassigned.MFX 1 is used to provide room ambience or sound thickening. If you are working with version 1 sounds (programs 84-127), reassigning this effect block will not compromise the organs. If you are working with version 2 sounds (programs 0-83), we recommend leaving this effect in place because it adds thickness to the rotary speaker effects.MFX 2 is used to provide delay when SW2 is On. Reassigning this effect block will not compromise the organ sounds.TFX 1 is unused by most sounds. It provides compression for a small number of sounds. Reassigning this effect block will not compromise the organs.TFX 2 is used to prevent clipping and to increase the volume of some sounds. Reassigning this effect block will not compromise the organ sounds as long as there is not excessive gain.。

Methods are described for suspension lots and for plating and overlay of plateable hepatocytes.Required materials not suppliedUnless otherwise indicated, all materials are available through .Procedural guidelines•If plating hepatocytes with an overlay, refer to the specification sheet for Geltrex™ LDEV-Free, hESC-Qualified, Reduced Growth Factor Basement Membrane Matrix (Cat. Avoid mixing hepatocytes by rapidpipetting which can cause cellular damage.•Plating Medium, if plating the hepatocytes•Pre-warmed Incubation Medium, if using cells insuspensionCount, plate, and incubate cells1.Manually count live and dead cells using hemocytometer.Determine cell viability and yield.Hepatocytes are very fragile and often automated cellcounting instruments will give false viabilities and yields. We suggest manual counting for better accuracy, as the correct plating density is critical for good results.2.If using the hepatocytes in suspension, add additionalmedium to bring cells to desired concentration (i.e.1 × 106 cells/mL) — do not proceed with the subsequentplating steps.3.Dilute to correct seeding density with Plating Medium.(Table 1, Table 2).4.Pipet cells into multi-well plate, with a serological pipet orwide-bore pipet tips.Note: If 96‑well plate is used to culture cells, pre-wet theplate by adding 60 µL of Plating Medium to each well, thenadd 65 µL of hepatocyte stock to each pre-wetted well for a total of 125 µL media per well.Resuspend the hepatocyte stock every few wells to ensure a homogeneous mixture.5.Place plate in incubator, and with hand on top of lid dispersecells with north/south and east/west motions.6.Incubate plate at 37°C for 4–6 hours.Do not move/disturb plate during this time to allow cells tosettle and form a monolayer—cells will pool to middle ofplate if agitated.Note: If not overlaying, prior to feeding plates 4–6 hours later, pre-warm Incubation Medium (this isWilliam's E Medium supplemented with Primary Hepatocyte Maintenance Supplements (Serum-free)).Note: If you are using an overlay, the Incubation Mediumneeds to be kept ice cold. Background This section supersedes NJUG 2 ‘Provision of Mains and Services by Public Utilities on Residential Estates’, NJUG 5 ‘Model Guidelines for the Planning and Installation of Utility Supplies to New Building Developments’, and NJUG 6 ‘Services Entries for New Dwellings on Residential Estates’. The individual service entry diagrams previously published in NJUG 6 have been removed due to the many variations now applied by each industry. Some of the guidelines given in previous NJUG publications have now been superseded by technological developments within the industry and by individual utility specifications. For individual specifications and service layouts reference should be made to the appropriate utility company. Scope It is clear that many of the problems arising between developers and utilities occur as a result of a mutual failure to appreciate fully each other' activities s and internal procedures. This document therefore sets out the particular requirements of the various organisations involved at each stage so that these can be co-ordinated with the developer’s programme and is intended to encourage cooperation and communication between developers and utilities. 1. PLANNING – PRELMINARY ENQUIRY STAGE 1.1 Preliminary Enquiry When preparing for an acquisition of land a developer will require information about the position and availability of existing utility services. At this early stage it is unlikely that detailed plans will be available to enable a formal application for supply to be made. However, preliminary plant enquiries could assist with initial costings. Preliminary enquiries will also provide contact between the developer and the utility and ensure that consultation takes place at an early point in the project. At this stage the developer should appoint a co-ordinator. 1.2 Early Consultation Early consultation is essential to ensure that any special considerations are identified, such as: • • • ordering of special items of plant; disconnection of existing supplies; arrangements for protecting and / or diverting existing utility apparatus;
