摘要

随着经济的快速增长,人类的生活节奏逐渐加快,因此人类对日常出行方式也提出了新的要求。旅客不仅仅需要舒适的乘车空间,还对旅途时间提出了更高的要求。如今城镇的人口密度越来越大,人们的出行需求也逐渐增多,因此在现有轨道铁路里程的确定情况下,必须缩短列车间隔,增加列车车次,而这不仅仅需要科学的列车运行管理,也需要提高列车的运营速度。

道岔是铁路轨道的重要组成部分,同时道岔的直向过岔速度和侧向过岔速度反应国家的铁路装备水平,同时对列车的运营速度有着至关重要的影响。因此,我们可以通过改善轨道的道岔结构,来达到提速的目的。随着客运专线的建设的推进,道岔的作用再一次凸显出来。机遇极为难得,挑战空前严峻,道岔工作者都应致力于道岔的研究改善工作,为铁路的提速工作做出应有的贡献。

本文主要通过改善道岔的尖轨部分、转辙器部分、连接部分、辙叉部分、护轨部分等方面,来提高道岔的直向过岔速度和侧向过岔速度。主要进行了单开道岔总体结构平面的布置;高锰钢整铸辙叉平面形式与尺寸及辙叉横纵断面的尺寸设计;转辙器半切线形曲线尖轨尺寸、直尖轨弯折及尖轨的水平与垂直刨切的设计与计算;辙叉和护轨等设备结构的尺寸、辙叉咽喉和护轨查找间距的设计与计算;最后,绘制了总平面布置图、转辙器细部图及辙叉护轨细部图。

Abstract

With the rapid economic growth, human pace of life gradually accelerated , so the human way to travel daily also raised new demands. Travelers only need a comfortable ride space , but also on the journey time to make a higher demand . Today, the town's population density is increasing , people's travel demand is gradually increasing, and therefore under certain circumstances existing railway track mileage , train intervals must be shortened , increasing train trips , which requires not only scientific train operation management, also need to improve the operating speed of the train .

Turnout is an important part of the railway track , while vertical and lateral speed over turnout response over the country 's railway equipment level , and has a critical influence on the operating speed of the train. Therefore, we can improve the structure of track turnouts to achieve the purpose of increasing speed . With promoting the construction of passenger line, turnout plays a more and more important role. Opportunity is extremely rare , but serious challenges unprecedented . turnout workers should be working on improving working turnouts for speed railway work in order to make due contributions .

In this paper, by improving the terms of the tip portion of the rail turnouts, derailleur parts, connecting parts, part frog, part of the guard rail, to improve vertical and lateral speed over turnout. Mainly for the single turnout overall structure of planar layout ; entire cast frog high manganese steel flat form and size, and the size of the frog cross the profile design ; derailleur half the size of a tangent curve sharp track , straight track bends and sharp track design and calculation of horizontal and vertical slicing ; frog the size and structure of the guard rail and other equipment , frog design and calculation of the throat and find the guard rail spacing ; Finally, draw a total floor plan, derailleur detail diagram and detailed diagram frog guard rail.
