Two companies take part in, manger Miss Zhou and assistant Lily from the sell company, while manger Miss Hu and assistant Linda from the buyer company .The seller provides a price of 400,000 yuan per ton, but the buyers think the price is too high. Now they will have a negotiation.
A: Miss Zhou (Seller, manager) C: Lily(Seller, assistant) 卖家的老板和助理
B: Miss Hu (Buyer, manager) D: Linda(Buyer, assistant) 买家的老板和助理
C: Welcome to our company. I am assistant Lily, and this is our manger, Miss Zhou(卖家的小助理先介绍她的老板)
D: It’s my honor to meet you, (握手,双手握) I am Linda, This is our manger Miss Hu. (买家助理介绍老板)
A: Nice to meet you, welcome to our company. Here is my name card.
B: Nice to meet you ,too! Thank you. This is mine. (A和B交换名片,握手,单手握) A: Thank you. Wish us could have a good time here.
B: Sure, we will.
C: Ok. Let’s have seat.
A: you know that our lines are mainly silk, Did you see the samples we sent to you last week? (卖家提起之前寄过去的样品)
D:Yes, we did a test and evaluated the sample. The quality is fine, and it seems that your silk could meet our requirement.(买家助理说检测后质量很好)
A:I’m very glad to hear that. We have run in this line of business for more than twenty years. Don’t worry about the quality. Our products are always the best.(卖家老板自夸)
D: But I have to mention that, the market price of silk is as much as 380,000yuan a ton, while you charge us 400,000yuan per ton, I wish you could give us some reasons. (买家助理提到价位太高)
B: Yeah, your product is very good, but I am a little worried about the price. Your
charge is far more beyond our budget. (买家老板趁热打铁说价位超出预算了)C: I am sorry to here that! You must have not known that the unit cost has arisen a lot! (卖家助理惊讶的表示成本在涨价)
A: Frankly speaking, I hope we can enter into business relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. And our products are not only as low-priced as other makers, but never adulterated or cheat on labor and materials. I can promise you that the product we produced will be of A-one quality. The price is moderate and our products worth it. (卖家老板强调他们从不掺假和偷工减料)
B:All right. If so, we increase our order from 5000tons to 8000tons, how much would you come down? (买家有力一搏,提出增加订单)
A: I’m afraid we can’t. 400,000yuan is our rock bottom price. But since you increase the order to 10000tons, I may offer you preferential price of 390,000yuan in return .(卖家说价位已经很低了,将订单提高到10000的话可以降价至390,000) B: Em.. Let me have a think ....ok I accept. Well, I’ll increase the order to 10000 tons for the price of 390,000yuan per ton. (买家同意)
D: Can you deliver the goods by May 31st? (交货日期)
A: Certainly. I’m glad we have brought this transaction to a successful conclusion and hope this will be the beginning of other business between us in the future.
