It is recommended you follow the load with cribbing and blocking where practical.Never allow personnel to work or pass under a load until the load is secured by cribbing, blocking, or other mechanical means.LoweringMake certain that all personnel are clear of the load before lowering. Control the rate of descent of the load at all times . The more you open the release valve, the faster the load descends.e the manufacturer's provided operating handle to engage and slowly turn the release valve counter-clockwise, but no more than 1/2 turn.If the operating handle is damaged, operatesabnormally, or will not positively engage the release valve, immediately discontinue use of the jack until a manufacturer's replacement handle assembly can be acquired.2.Push ram down and handle sleeve in to reduce exposure to rust and contamination after removing jack from under load.RamItem Model J11050Model J11055Description Qty .1115-6-1103-104115-6-1103-104Saddle12115-6-1110-101115-6-1110-101Retaining Ring 23115-6-1810-109115-6-1810-109Upper Bearing 14580-7-0270-101580-7-0270-101Dust Seal 15N/A N/A Ram Plunger 16**Back-up Ring 17**U-cup18599-7-0360-002599-7-0360-002Special Washer 19N/AN/ABase Assy.110505-9-0092-207505-9-0092-207Oil Filler Plug 111115-3-1700-104115-3-1700-104Release Valve 112**Oil Seal 113601-7-0006-005601-7-0006-005Steel Ball 214511-2-0052-001511-2-0052-001Spring 115115-6-1603-104115-6-1603-104Screw 116**O-ring117**Back-up Ring 118115-6-1306-108115-6-1306-108Pump Piston 119115-4-2100-101115-4-2100-101Handle 120518-4-0060-102518-4-0060-102Pin221115-4-1300-104115-4-1300-104Handle Sleeve 122677-5-0050-105677-5-0050-105“E” Clip 223414-6-1216-107414-6-1216-107Needle124512-2-0067-010512-2-0067-010Safety Spring 125**O-ring126414-6-1215-307414-6-1215-307Safety Valve Screw 127509-9-0145-109509-9-0145-109Safety Valve Cap 228649-1-0080-027649-1-0080-027Socket Head Bolt 129**Gasket 130511-2-0048-000511-2-0048-000Spring131115-6-1104-106115-6-1104-106Saddle Adapter 1(*)115-3-9901-104115-3-9901-104Seal Kit-(*) - Indicates items included in, and available only as part of Seal Kit.N/A - Part is not available as replacement.Service PartsSFA Companies 10939 N.
