一、业务员

业务员的月工资由基础工资、提成和油补三部分组成。

1.基础工资由固定工资(70%)和绩效工资(30%)组成。业务员的基础工资采用七级阶梯薪酬制,分别是:试用级、见级、业务一级、业务二级、业务三级、业务四级、业务五级。新入职业务员试用期为三个月,试用期间采用试用级工资。试用期结束后,根据试用期间累计成交情况确定转正后基础工资级别。

2.基础工资每季度(4月份、7月份、10月份、1月份)

依据季度累计成交数量调整一次。

3.绩效工资按照月度考核指标完成情况进行考核发放,详

见《业务员绩效考核表》。

4.提成根据月度销售数量按照提成标准计算发放。挂车提

成为1000元/台。

5.油补为每月补助1500KM油费,月行使里程低于

1500KM不计发油补。

二、业务经理

1.业务经理的年度工资由基础工资、提成和年终奖三部分

组成。

2.业务经理的月度工资由基础工资、绩效工资和提成三部

分组成。

3.基础工资由固定工资(70%)和绩效工资(30%)组成。业务经理的基础工资采用四级阶梯薪酬制。

4.基础工资调整按照年度进行。

Business Manager Basic Salary Adjustment

The basic salary of a business manager is adjusted once a year in January based on the n of the annual sales target of the business XXX。as follows:
