In a prison cell in a western country, the prisoner passed through the small hole in the door and saw the guard smoking in the corridor. With his keen sense of smell, the prisoner immediately determined that it was his favourite Marlboro cigarette.He wanted to smoke so much that he tapped the door with his right finger. The guard approached slowly and asked contemptuously, "what are you doing?" The prisoner replied, "would you please give me a cigarette? That's what you smoke, Marlboro." The guard ignored the prisoner's request and turned around to leave. The prisoner knocked again at the door with his right finger, and this time he ordered it. "what do you want?"
