Module 8 My past life

Unit 1 I was born in a small village.

教学目标：

1.能掌握be动词的一般过去时的陈述句,一般疑问句及其回答.

2.能用be动词的过去式包括肯定与否定来表述个人过去的生活,并

能询问别人的过去的经历.

3.能听懂包含be动词的过去式的对话.

教学重点：

1. be动词的过去式包括其肯定与否定形式.

2. Unit One中出现的新单词与短语.

3. 练习be动词过去式的句型.

教学主要内容：

1.要求掌握的词汇: past, was, were, be born, founder, scientist,

professor, strict, nice, friendly, naughty, primary school, well-behaved, hey, province.

2. 要求掌握的句型:

1)Where were you born? I was born in a small village.

2)What was he like? He was naughty.

3)What was the name of…….?

4)Were you born in Shanghai? Yes, I was. No, I wasn’t.

Step 1: Warm up

Introduce myself: I’m 33years old this year. I was born in 1975. I was born in Shaoguan. What about you?

Were you born in Foshan? Where were you born?

Were you born in..? When were you born?

Step 2: Act. 1
