社会工作专业培养方案

Training Plan for Social Work Major of the School of Politics and Administration，SCNU

一、培养目标

总体目标：本专业培养具有扎实的理论知识，娴熟的专业技能，具有国际视野，适合在社会福利、社会保障、社会行政部门以及社会服务机构从事社会行政管理与社会工作实务的应用型高层次人才。

目标1：培养熟练掌握社会工作方法与社会调查研究的基本知识和技能，胜任在各种社会服务机构和公益团体从事社会工作实务、评估与咨询等事务的社会工作师专业人才；

目标2：培养理解与掌握社会工作专业的理论和基本知识，胜任在各级各类政府机关、社会团体和企事业单位从事社会工作行政管理的高级专门人才；

目标3：培养具有深厚专业素养，能正确运用专业理论知识和技能对社会现象进行调查与反思，以及对社会问题进行深度分析的社会工作专业研究人才，为研究生教育培育创新型人才。

Educational Objectives

Overall Objective: The major aims at cultivating high-level talents with solid theoretical foundation, professional skill and international vision, who are competent for social administration

and social practical work in the field of social welfare, social security and social administration

and social service agency.

Objective 1: to foster social work professionals who have a good grasp of social work methods, basic knowledge and skills in social investigation research, qualified

to engage in such affairs as the affairs of social work practice, assessment and consultation.

Objective 2: to foster high-level specialists who understand and grasp social work theories and basic knowledge, competent in social work administration in various level of government organs, social organizations and institutions.

Objective 3: to foster social work professional research talents who have profound professional quality, could conduct research and reflection on social phenomenon by using professional theoretical knowledge, and could make in-depth analysis of social problems; thus to cultivate talents for post-graduate education. 二、培养要求

总体要求：学生通过本专业的学习与训练，具有强烈的社会责任感与服务社会的精神，具有良好的观察与分析社会问题的能力，掌握开展社会工作、社会调查、政策分析的技能与方法，具备从多视角进行社会服务与社会管理的能力。Educational Requirement

Training Requirement:The overall requirement: Students, through four-year leaning and

training, should have a strong sense of responsibility and the willing for social service. With the capability of keen observation and analyzing social problems, they should have a good grasp of

skills and methods of social work, social investigation and policy analysis, thus gain the capacity

for conducting social service and social administration with different perspectives.

3：高级英语知识；

4：人文、自然与科技的基本知识；

5：社会工作的基本理论与方法；

6：社会政策、社会心理、社会伦理、族群文化的基本知识；

7：社会学理论及政治发展理论的基础知识；

9：社会调查、社会沟通、社会统计与分析的方法；

10：人生规划与就业的知识。

Knowledge Structure:

1: knowledge of basic principles of Marxism;

2: theoretical knowledge and skills of military and physical education;

3: knowledge of advanced English;

4: basic knowledge of social science, natural science and science and technology;

5: basic knowledge and methods of social work;

6: basic knowledge of social policy, social psychology, social ethics and ethnic culture;

7: basic knowledge of sociology theory and political development theory;

8: the international vision and development potential for social work;

9: the methods of social investigation, social communication, and social statistics analysis;

10: knowledge of life planning and employment

能力要求：

1：运用社会工作、社会学、政治学等学科的理论、知识、技能和方法，进行社会调查、社会分析和社会服务的能力；

2：通过社会实践影响社会价值取向的能力；

3：明晰政治与政策的发展动向及其前瞻的能力；

4：进行有效的人际沟通与国际交流的能力；

5：熟悉文献检索、资料查询及文献分析的能力；
