(担忧、风险、问题是在风险管理中经常被混淆的三个意思。在项目进行过程 中,担忧是不可避免的,譬如,生产会担心工期会延误,这只是一个担忧,还 不足以成为风险。必须要分析到,工期延误的原因和后果,例如,物料供应严 重滞后导致生产将延误,这时才是风险。如果生产已经延误,那么也不是风险, 而是问题。)
