《大学英语》重修细则要求各学院：《大学英语》作为我校一、二年级学生的公共必修课，全部教学工作由外国语学院承担。
近年来，我校一、二年级学生规模基本保持在13000人左右，学生数量大，每学期各学院均有一定数量的学生需要重修各级别大学英语。
由于各学院制定和执行有关重修的具体各项要求、程序不同，导致在期末大学英语考试阅卷过程中，出现了一些比较严重的问题。
为了《大学英语》教学工作顺利进行，以及规范学生重修课程，依据淮北师范大学《<普通高等学校学生管理规定>（教育部41号令）淮北师范大学实施办法》的有关要求和规定，外国语学院大学外语教学部对学生重修《大学英语》课程做出如下要求：1.每学期第二周之前，需要重修《大学英语》的学生，必须持有教务部门加盖公章的重修听课证（重修听课证上的各项信息必须完整、正确），根据各学院安排，找任课老师报到，跟班上课。
2.学生无正当理由，不按时办理重修手续，所缺课时将视为旷课。
3.重修学生旷课累计达6学时或缺交课程作业的，各学院不得安排其参加期末考试。
如已参加考试，该学生考试试卷将不再批改，试卷返还学生所在学院。
4.重修《大学英语》课程因时间冲突，学生不能坚持全程听课，必须提出免听申请。
经学生所在学院审核后，符合免听要求的，重修学生持加盖教务处公章的“重修听课证”和学院审核后加盖学生所在学院公章的免听申请，找任课老师办理免听手续。
5.办理免听手续后，根据任课老师的要求，可以部分免听或全部免听，但应当主动与任课教师保持联系，完成教师布置的学习任务，并参加课程考试。
未办理免听手续的，不能参加重修课程考试。
如已参加考试，该学生考试试卷将不再批改，试卷返还学生所在学院。

大学本科生课程重修实施细则
大学本科生课程重修实施规范根据《XX大学本科生学籍管理办法》，本着以人为本的教育理念，为规范课程重修考核，落实XXXX版人才培养方案，特制订本实施规范。
一、总则第一条普通本科生必修课的课程考核（平时考核和期末考核综合评定，以下简称课程考核）不及格的一律实行一次重考、一次重修制度，其中集中性实践教学环节、单独设置的实验课、体育课程考核不及格的只实行一次重修制度。
学科基础选修课、专业选修课经重考后不合格者，可以参加课程的重修，也可以重新选择不低于该课程学分的其它同类型课程修读；通识性选修课课程考核不及格者，不安排重考，只能重新选择通识课程修读。
二、重考第二条重考是指课程考核不及格的课程，于下学期初安排的考试。
学生课程考核不及格的，可利用假期自学，并于下一学期开学初报名参加学校安排的重考，重考一般安排在开学初第二周与第三周。
第三条重考期间，正在进行毕业实习和集中生产实习的学生，由学生所在学院与教务处协商另行安排重考时间。
三、重修第四条经重考仍不及格的课程，学生应当重新修读（以下简称重修）。
第五条重修分开班重修、跟班重修和自学重修三种形式。
学生可根据课程开设情况合理选择重修形式进行课程重修。
1.开班重修。
开班重修是指经重考后仍有30人以上不及格的必修课程，且报名注册人数在30人及以上的课程，实行单开班授课的形式。
开班重修原则上由教务处组织聘任教师，并安排重修课堂。
重修课程学时按教学计划学时的60%左右（大学英语按70%）安排，一般安排在7-8节、9-11节（晚上）和周六、周日上课。
2.跟班重修。
跟班重修是指未达到单开班开课条件，且当前学期已开出的课程（含学科基础选修课和专业选修课），学生可报名参加跟班重修。
跟班重修不限专业、年级，但该课程的学分应不低于学生原修读课程的学分。
跟班重修学生原则上要完成重修课程全部学时的学习。
3.自学重修。
自学重修是指学生以自学的方式有计划地重修原不及格课程，并报名参加对应课程的期末考试。

《大学英语》课程重修方式
《大学英语》课程重修方式昆明理工大学2016-2017学年第二学期继续采用网络课程来完成《大学英语》重修教学（不含小语种重修，小语种的重修方式为跟班重修），我校所有非英语专业在校本科生重修务必要先在学校教务管理系统中选课后方可登录网络学习平台，按网络学习平台要求进行学习（而不要按课表时间）。

With the development of our society, the campus no longer is an "Ivory Tower". It is necessary for college students to go outside to get to know the world. Science and technology are developing rapidly with each passing day. Most students can keep themselves informed by watching TV, listening to the radio, reading newspapers and using computers. It’s also good to take a part-time job, such as tutoring(辅导), or working in a restaurant. Any of these methods will enable students to get in touch with society. Summer vacation will soon be here. I’ve already enrolled(登记) to be a volunteer to help others. I think I can do well. Although I won’t be paid, the most important thing is that I can learn a lot about society.

So, people are faced with failure now and then. There are different attitudes towards failure. Some people are afraid of failure and they cannot bear the blow of failure, so they stay where they are and do not try to make progress. Some optimists, however, fight against failure bravely and achieve all his aims at last. My attitude is that we aren’t afraid of failure. When we meet with failure, we don’t lose heart. We should call up all our courage and persist in what you are engaged in. Remember the proverb: Where there is a will, there is a way.
