3. The students can sing the song “This old hat”.

1. The teacher develops the students’ abilities of oral expression and communication.

2.Train the students' ability to use the language in daily life.

C. Emotion aim:

The teacher teaches students should help their parents with housework.

VI.Teaching procedures

Step1: Warm up

1. Greetings:

T: Good morning, everyone. Ss: Good morning, teacher.

T: Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you, too.

T: How are you today? Ss: Fine, thanks

2. The teachers and students in daily conversation. Such as:

T: What’s this? Ss:It’s a skirt.

T: What color is it? Ss: It’s white.

T: Is this your skirt? Ss: No, it isn’t.

3. Let’s sing.

Teacher plays CAI to show the song, students listen and try to sing.

Step 2 Presentation

Let’s talk

1. The teacher pointed to own coat and says: I like the blue coat. Let students stand up of wear the coat.

2. Teacher pointed the coat asks again: What’s this? Students answer: It’s a coat. Teacher says: Whose coat is it? Guide students to answer: It’s mine. Teacher let students do this dialogue. Such as: S1: Whose coat is this? T: It’s mine.

Teacher points to one student’s pencil and asks

T: Whose pencil is it?

Sa: It’s mine.

3. Teacher asks: Whose pants are those? Guide students to answer: They are Mike’s. The teacher blackboard writing the sentences, and teach reading it. And finally chant it, such as: Whose coat is this? Whose coat is this?

It’s mine. It’s mine.

Whose pants are those? Whose pants are those?

They are Mike’s. They are Mike’s.

4. Teacher plays the tape of “Let’s talk”. Students listen and try to answer the questions.

Let’s sing

The teacher plays the part “Let’s sing”.

Step3 Practice

1. The teacher asks students to find their own partners to perform the “Let’s talk”.

2. Six students make group, Let the students to make a sentence. Such as:

S1: Whose pants are those?

S2: Whose coat is this?

S3: Whose hat is this?

Let’s find out

The teacher let students to use the language do the dialogue.Such as:

Whose hat is this?

It’s Mike’s.

Whose pants are those?

They are Mike’s.

Step 4Consolidation &Extension

1、Listen to the tape and read after it.

2、The students can do the correctly perform.

Step5 Homework

1. Ask students to read the “Let’s talk” to their parents.

2. Ask students to do the exercises on their exercise books.

3. Copy the dialogue two times correctly.
