UL60950-1-2007UL60950-1-2007安全的一般要求:是在防止人体受到下述危险的伤害, 人体泛指使用者及服务人员此二种类型的人:电击(Electric shock)危险能量(Energy hazards)火灾(Fire)机械及热的危险(Mechanical and heat hazards)辐射危险(Radiation hazards)化学的危险(Chemical hazards)材料及零件(Materials and components)Definition 定义Rated Voltage: 额定电压,由制造厂商标定的电源电压;Rated Current:额定电流,由制造厂商标定的设备输入电流;Rated Frequency:额定频率,由制造厂商标定的电源频率;Rated Frequency Range:额定频率范围,由制造厂商标定的额定频率范围。

例如,原 IEC34-1对应现在的IEC 60034-1.统一版本目前IEC是其出版发行物的统一翻译。

The object of IEC is to promote international co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and in addition to other activities, IEC publishes International Standards, Technical Specifications, Technical Reports, Publicly Available Specifications (PAS) and Guides (hereafter referred to as “IEC Publication(s)”). Their preparation is entrusted to technical committees; any IEC National Committee interested in the subject dealt with may participate in this preparatory work. TITLE:GENERAL EHS REQUIREMENT1PURPOSE:The instruction is to define general EHS requirement in GSC so as to keep employee in safety 2.SCOPE:The instruction apply to GSC3.REFERENCE:None4.APPLICATION FORM:None5.DEFINITION:None6.PROCEDURE:6.1 General Information6.1.1 ClothingAll employees must dress in order in GSC site, those clothing with unsafe factorsuch as waistcoat; knickers and loafer etc are forbidden.6.1.2 RunningRunning is permitted only during an extreme emergency.6.1.3 SmokingSmoking will be permitted only in approved area. “Stick anywhere” matches are prohibited,Smoking materials shall be disposed of in approved butt containers or ashtray.6.1.4 ConductHorseplay, fighting, gambling and possession or use of firearms, ammunition, alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are not allowed on the site.6.1.5 EquipmentAll necessary tools and equipment, including personal protective equipment, shall be reliable and appropriate for the safe accomplishment of the risk.Furthermore, all such equipment shall be used only by employees who have been properly trained6.1.6 ExplosivesSpec. The work requires personnel to be within 1 m of the edge of a roof without parapets.c. Two-point suspension scaffolds or stages are in use.d. Ladder are placed near the edge of a roof or floor opening.e. No protection is available to prevent the worker from fallingSpec. Title : General EHS Requirement Spec. Every safety belt must be inspected by a qualified person upon issue, and by wearerbefore each use.6.3.3 LaddersA. Ladders must be inspected by a qualified person and user before using.B. Never use painted ladders.C. Always face the ladder. A safety belt is required if it is necessary to work back-wards from a ladder.D. Only one person is allowed on a ladder.E. In the event of usage on the top of scaffold, ladders must be fixed on scaffold andsafety belts are necessary for user.6.3.4 ScaffoldingA. No one shall ride a rolling scaffold while it is being moved. All tools and materialsmust be either removed or secured on the deck before moving.B. All component shall be fixed on stable base vertically or horizontally.C. Never exceed safe working load on scaffolds.D. The height of cumulated materials such as bricks & tiles on scaffold shall notexceed two feets.E. Never use temporary boards on scaffolds, formal shelves are required.6.3.5 BarricadesA. Barricades are required around excavations, holes or openings in floors or roofs,elevated platforms, certain types of overhead work.B. Barricades shall be removed upon unnecessary.C. Barricades shall be provided with an access opening or gate where practical.D. Blinking lights must be used on road blocks after dark.6.3.6 Hole protectionA. All holes or openings on floors and high platform must have properly identifiedhole covers or barricades immediately, material or equipment must never be stored on a hole cover.B. Covers must be secured and extend adequately beyond the edge of the hole.6.3.7 WeldingSpec. Title : General EHS Requirement Spec. No. : EHS#001A. All welding operation are not permitted without prior approval of the fire fightingengineers and filling in Hot Work P ermit.B. Fire fighting (or on duty) engineer must personally inspect site and offer operatorproper prevention measure after receiving application. Starting operation only can bepermitted on the condition that ensuring no any hidden trouble on the site and all prevention measures have been carried out.C. The Hot Work P ermit must be filled in truly and signed by site director. Theoperators must possess license.D. The prevention measure mainly include followed items:a. Welding operation shall be strictly prohibited in area fire-prevention andexplosion-prevention class exceeds second genus such as chemical store & gas station and nearby the working procedure using acetone as well as other flammable articles.b. Obvious sign shall be set up on the site or enclosing work area with baffle toavoidSparkle. In the event of overhead working, setting up obvious sign under racks shallbe required to avoid personnel’s passage and stay.c. A convenient & effective fire extinguisher shall be located nearby any weldingwork,type and size should be decided by fire fighting engineer according to sitecondition.Fire extinguisher can be fetched from the nearest hydrant and must be replaced afterusing.d. Adequate aeration is necessary for work area.e. In the event of following situation disobey operation rules, such as electricweldingnot be grounded; operator not wear insulation glove and operator have no license etc,the firefighting engineers have power to stop his work.E. The operator must notify firefighting engineer after working, ending the work isn’tpermitted unless firefighting engineer inspect site condition personally andensuringno any hidden trouble in existence.Spec. The orderly engineers will take the place of firefighting engineer to ensure workcan becarried out favorably when firefighting is absent, but any action disobeying operationprocedure above shall be strictly forbidden to avoid person injury and property loss.G. (1)直接接触防护
①设备的设计,必须使其使用人员不通过辅助手段或工具就不能触及到带电部分,或者不能接近到使他们遭受危险的程度。
②如果无法使带电部分断电而同时又允许拆卸或打开设备起直接接触防护作用的部件时,只能允许使用适当的绝缘工具拆卸或打开。
③如果满足下列条件之一,即可不采用上述两种防护:无论在正常情况下或故障情况下,带电部分的电压不超过所规定的安全电压值;直接接触时,只能有不超过安全值的电流流过;对于不独立使用的设备,可将其装设在一台较大的、有足够直接接触防护的电气设备中进行防护;将电气设备设在锁闭的电气操作场所中来实现必要的保护。
(1)绝缘要有一定的安全系数,以承受各种原因所造成的过高电压。
(2)绝缘材料要具有足够的绝缘性能。
(3)各类绝缘件必须有足够的耐热性。
(4)支承带电部分的绝缘件,要有足够的耐受潮湿、污秽、油垢或类似影响而不致使其安全性降低的能力。
(5)根据应用范围的不同,把泄漏电流限制在不影响安全的极限值之内。

Item Description A Safety & 5S1设备需符合国家有关机电设备的安全标准,符合ATL有关安全代码所要求的各项安全标准和要求。

细则见《设备发货检查表》。

2发货:供应商和MDE工程师先检查,安全合格率在80%以上,允许发货;低于80%,则要通知OHS确认同意,保证相关项目到ATL后,2周内完成整改,才可发货。

3责任心:供应商与MDE工程师必须认真填写,不得填假记录。

若与EHS的评分差额在50%以上,则沿用《员工手册》的纪律条款提请处分,并通报批评。

4皮带、齿轮、切刀、卷针受等运动、危险部分需要有安全保护措施以及安全警示标志。

5凸出设备的尖角等需要有不易脱落的防撞伤保护措施,如活动触摸屏控制箱底部加贴10mm左右厚度的防撞海绵等。

a)所有标识均不得使用手写标识牌。

如线码、气管、气阀、气缸、马达等元器件。

b)设备上所有安全标识制作均需要符合:国家标准《安全标志及其使用导则(GB2894-2008)》7电器布局要合理、安全,如高低压及强弱电线路分开等。

8需采用有效措施降低设备运行噪音,操作位或离设备外壁1000mm测量,设备噪音需≤75db。

报警灯分红、黄、绿及蜂鸣器:a)红色为故障报警,并停机;黄色为Ready、待机状态;绿色为正常运行状态。

b)蜂鸣器在设备故障时,常鸣。

但可人工选择消除响声(如按复位按钮、消除报警声等),即在操作人员知晓故障的情况下,可选择消除报警声。

c)报警灯安装顺序:从上到下分别为红、黄、绿、蜂鸣器。

d)报警灯和蜂鸣器等需要安装在设备的正操作面位置,以方便观察。

不得安装在设备的独立电箱顶部或不易观察到的部位。

e)外径包括70mm和50mm两种,根据设备外形尺寸大小进行协调配置。

f)工作电源为:DC24V安全电压g)发光体为:LED机械手:a)超出设备框架部分需要加装安全防护罩。

b)抓取电芯或模组的机械手应为柔性机械手----受阻时可缓冲并报警,确保电池和人身安全。

设备需符合国家有关机电设备的安全标准,符合ATL有关安全代码所要求的各项安全标准和要求。

细则见《设备发货检查表》。

发货:供应商和MDE工程师先检查,安全合格率在80%以上,允许发货;低于80%,则要通知OHS确认同意,保证相关项目到ATL后,2周内完成整改,才可发货。

责任心:供应商与MDE工程师必须认真填写,不得填假记录。

若与EHS的评分差额在50%以上,则沿用《员工手册》的纪律条款提请处分,并通报批评。

皮带、齿轮、切刀、卷针受等运动、危险部分需要有安全保护措施以及安全警示标志。

5凸出设备的尖角等需要有不易脱落的防撞伤保护措施,如活动触摸屏控制箱底部加贴10mm左右厚度的防撞海绵等。

a)所有标识均不得使用手写标识牌。

如线码、气管、气阀、气缸、马达等元器件。

b)设备上所有安全标识制作均需要符合:国家标准《安全标志及其使用导则(GB2894-2008)》
7电器布局要合理、安全,如高低压及强弱电线路分开等。

8需采用有效措施降低设备运行噪音,操作位或离设备外壁1000mm测量,设备噪音需≤75db。

报警灯分红、黄、绿及蜂鸣器:
a)红色为故障报警,并停机;黄色为Ready、待机状态;绿色为正常运行状态。

b)蜂鸣器在设备故障时,常鸣。

但可人工选择消除响声(如按复位按钮、消除报警声等),即在操作人员知晓故障的情况下,可选择消除报警声。

c)报警灯安装顺序:从上到下分别为红、黄、绿、蜂鸣器。

d)报警灯和蜂鸣器等需要安装在设备的正操作面位置,以方便观察。

不得安装在设备的独立电箱顶部或不易观察到的部位。

e)外径包括70mm和50mm两种,根据设备外形尺寸大小进行协调配置。

f)工作电源为:DC24V安全电压
g)发光体为:LED
机械手:
a)超出设备框架部分需要加装安全防护罩。

b)抓取电芯或模组的机械手应为柔性机械手----受阻时可缓冲并报警,确保电池和人身安全。

其他机械手需考虑受阻保护功能,如增加机械手气缸调压阀。

c)机械手在意外断电、断气时需有保护功能----其上的物品不能掉落。

运动部位的线材均使用柔性线缆:

J)急停按钮为红色蘑菇按钮,在容易发生意外触碰的部位加有保护框,以防止误动作。

尺寸较大设备,需在合适位置多设置急停按钮。

17仪器仪表的显示屏需要跟设备的主操作边一致,不得隐藏到设备电控箱内部等不易被观察到的部位。

18固定线、管的胶贴,均需要用螺栓固定的座贴。

特别是干燥环境下的设备。

19所有Sensor必须按其安装要求规范安装,且固定板为防撞保护式,其电缆需加装专用保护管。

20与电池直接接触的零部件均不得使用铜材,如铜套、铜压板等。

且优先使用非金属绝缘材料。

21所有与电芯接触的加工件表面光洁度需高于1.6,以取消贴铁氟龙胶片。

22不同设备的对接高度为750±30mm,要符合人机工程学基本要求。

23设备底部离地面最低高度需要满足(100~130mm)之间,以满足搬运和日常设备底部5S整理的需要。

24外露易撞仪表需安装防护罩,防止意外撞坏及参数变化。

25拖链内不允许有线或者管道的接头。

26对称结构设计的组件(同种机构、工位),零部件和标准件用料等也要对称设计(统一)。

如统一一种型号的螺栓、垫片、布线、管道等。

27设备的独立电箱与设备之间的连接需要有符合国家标准规格的线槽,且线槽底部需离地面100mm左右。

28设备外观颜色:统一为浅灰色,标准色号为PANTONE,国际标准暖灰1C。

需与买方提供的标准色板比对,并由买方书面认可。

超过单位面积承重要求的设备,需要随机配置减重垫板。

关于设备脚轮:
a)脚轮外包材料:PU/TPR

B Standard Parts
1设备中所使用的标准件, 必须符合RFQ及相关文件所指定的品牌及型号等要求。

特殊情况下,不符合要求时,必须书面同时知会CATL使用部门和采购部门相关人员,征得同意后才能使用。

2设备配有PLC与外部系统的通讯功能模块(以太网)和彩色触摸屏。

3设备的操作屏不小于7英寸。

4指针式压力表需要使用红、绿、黄三种颜色的表盘,方便可视化操作。
