1.螺杆泵

Screw pump

1.1.泵与原动机联接应采用弹性联轴器，安装后，无卡紧现象，其不同轴度不大于0.10mm。Flexible coupling should be used in the connection between pump and prime mover, there is no chucking after the installation, and the disalignment should not greater than 0.10 mm.

1.2.泵与动力机械安装必须安装在有足够强度的机座上，以防影响同轴度损坏泵的主要另

件，影响泵的正常运转。

Pump and power generating machine must be installed on machine base which has enough strength to prevent coaxiality was affected and that caused damage of the pump main accessories, also to prevent that affect the operation of pump.

1.3.泵启动前后，一般不须调节安全阀，因出厂试验时已调好，如确需调整起跳压力，应

根据需要适量调整，调节时只需旋松或拧紧，主伐调节杆和调节伐上的调节螺丝即可。Before/after pump start-up, generally it is not necessary to adjust the safety valves, because it was already adjus ted in factory, if it’s necessary to adjust the opening pressure, adjust it as requirement, and only need to unscrew or tighten the adjusting screw on main valve adjusterbar and adjusting valve when adjusting.

1.4.泵的吸口前必须装有过滤器，滤网的规格应在30目左右，滤网的总流通面积应是泵

吸口的3-4倍。

A filter must be installed in the front of pump suction, the filter gauze specifications should be about 30 meshes, and the circulation area should be 3-4 times of the pump suction area.

1.5.泵的连接的管道、闸伐等与泵的进出口尺寸相符。

Pump connecting pipe, gate valve, etc. should match the inlet and outlet size of the pump.

1.6.泵启动时应注意泵的进、出口压力是否正常。

Pay attention to the vacuum of the pump when starting the pump, if there is no vacuum, excessive vacuum degree, no inhalation phenomenon we should stop the pump and check it immediately, and the empty pump start-up time is no more than one minute.

1.7.泵启动后应经常注意泵的工作状态，如发生异常的声音、过热、冒烟等现象，应立即

停泵检查。

Often note the pump working condition after pump start-up, if there is abnormal sound, overheating, smoke phenomenon etc., stop the pump and check it immediately.

1.8.泵在用作扫舱时，空泵运转不超过3分钟，如需超过规定扫舱时间，可停机片刻再重

新开机。

Empty pump operation time should not more than 3 minutes when the pump as a stripping pump. If the needed sweeping time exceed the prescribed time, we can stop it for a moment and restarting it.

1.9.齿轮箱油位应在规定范围内，润滑油一般采用150号中负荷工业齿轮油，泵在正常工

作时齿轮箱的油温不大于60℃，长时间连续运转齿轮箱油温不大于70℃。轴承润滑油采用锂基润滑脂，每班加油一次。

Gear box oil level should be within the prescribed scope, lubricant generally use No.150 middle load industrial gear oil, gearbox oil temperature should not greater than 60 ℃ when the pump in normal operation, long time continuous running gear box oil temperature should not more than 70 ℃. Bearing oil should use lithium base grease, and do refueling once per shift.

1.10.周期性维护（约4000小时），结合年检进行拆检。该泵结构简单，拆、装时应小心，

仔细，防止碰坏机件，修理时应检查螺杆的轴间间隙，螺杆与泵体的间隙，齿轮间隙，轴承磨损程度，轴机械密封装置等，这些技术数据，均应符合修理后的规范要求。Periodic maintenance (about 4000 hours), overhaul it according to annual survey. This pump is simple in structure, be careful when dismantling and reassembling to prevent damageing the parts, check the gap between axles of the screw , the gap between screw and pump body, gears clearance, bearing wear degree, bearing mechanical seal device etc. when doing repair work, these technical data shall be in accordance with the requirements after repair.
