纸张和纸板定义更新

新标准增加了纸板的定义

•纸板：包含每平方米超过400g 的卡纸、纸板和类似的纤维材料。（sheet formed by irregularly intervened cellulose fibres with a mass per unit area over 400 g/m²excluding pressed wooden fibreboards such as medium density fibreboard (MDF), chipboard and materials with similarproperties）　

小部件更新要求

纸板玩具和纸板玩具部件：

—在接收状态不能含有小部件

—在新要求的25N 拉力作用下不能分离产生小部件

—无需执行其它的滥用测试（比如：扭力测试50N/90N

拉力测试、跌落测试、冲击测试、压力测试和浸泡测试

等）

In addition, attached paperboard components of toys, that detach after the test specified in 8.4.2.1(tension test, general) shall not fit entirely in the small parts cylinder when tested according to 8.2 (small parts cylinder).

包装要求更新

包装-胶袋：

开口周长小于或等于380mm 的塑料包装袋也要满足平均厚度至少为0.038mm 。此要求的前提是完好的袋具有面积至少为100 毫米×100 毫米的区域。Bags made of flexible plastics of an area equal to, or less than, 100 mm x 100 mm, measured without cutting the bag open.

a）Plastic sheeting and bags made of flexible plastics used for external or internal packaging, shall have an average sheet thickness of 0,038 mm or more when tested according to 8.25.1 (plastic sheeting, thickness)

声音要求更新

三种暴露类别分别为：

•1、声音暴露长度超过30秒

•—Toys emitting sound during time periods typically longer than 30 s after each initiation;•—Close-to-the-ear toys emitting sound during time periods typically longer than 30 s after each •initiation;

•—Toys using headphones or earphones;

•—Other toys emitting sound typically during more than 1/3 of the playing time.

2、声音暴露长度为5秒到30秒之间

•—Toys emitting sound during time periods typically shorter than 30 s but longer than 5 s after each •initiation;

•—Close-to-the-ear toys that, while emitting sound, are held close to the ear during time periods •typically shorter than 30 s but longer than 5s;

•—Rattles and squeeze toys;

•—Wind toys which are imitations of musical instruments;

•—Other toys emitting sound typically during less than 1/3 and more than 1/10 of the playing time.

3、声音暴露长度小于5秒

•—Toys emitting sound during time periods typically shorter than 5 s after each initiation;

•—Toys for which maintaining the sound output requires significant physical effort;

•—Close-to-the-ear toys that, while emitting sound, are held close to the ear during time periods •typically shorter than 5 s;

•—Cap-firing toys;

•—Wind toys such as whistles;

•—Other toys emitting sound typically during less than 1/10 of the playing time.
