1.验证目的
本次验证是对冷库的运行确认、性能确认的再验证。通过对冷库温度分布数据的确认，确保冷库的温度能够满足冷藏药品贮藏和GMP规定要求，保证安全、有效地正常使用，确保冷藏药品在储存过程中的药品质量
2.验证范围
根据公司验证管理文件规定，本方案仅适用于北京四环科宝制药有限公司(大兴基地)冷库的运行确认、性能确认的再验证，验证过程中应严格按照本方案规定的内容进行，若因特殊原因却需变更时，应由验证小组提出，经验证委员会批准后方可执行。
