F3. CLEANING
清洗
Optimize the quality of the rinsing of a circulating system by applying a standard procedure. 通过一个标准过程优化循环系统的清洁质量。
This operation needs having checked the station's automatic operations. Therefore it must be preceded by a dry run.
此项操作需要检查站点的自动操作。因此必须在之前有一个试运转过程。
F31. Dry run phase
试运转阶段
目的:确认输调漆系统调漆间内组块是否有泄漏。
This test phase is performed right before the first rinsing with solvent.
在用溶剂进行第一次清洁前该测试阶段需要执行正确。
For these tests, deionized water must be used.
在这些测试中必须用到去离子水。
∙Looping on exit from the exchanger (hoses).
安装走珠系统,但不安放走珠,关闭供管上套筒出口的球阀和回管上套筒出入口的球阀,将两个套管旁通连通,将回管上套路出口旁通至准备,仅在调漆间的组块内循环。
∙Supply of a container of deionized water.
提供去离子水容器。
∙Filling the pumping panel with water.
用去离子水填充调漆间内循环系统的组块。
∙Adjusting the operating parameters (flow rate, pressure, and temperature).
调整操作参数(流量,压力和温度)。
∙Checking the levels.
检查液面。(循环时间)
∙Draining the pumping station by the low points equipped with valves.
通过装配了阀门的低点来排去系统内的水。
∙Blowing with compressed air.
用压缩空气吹净系统内的水。
∙At the end of the tests, removal of the deionized water container.
测试最后,去除去离子水容器。
F32. Rinsing procedure for solvent-based products
溶剂型产品系统清洗程序
2 procedures must be employed, depending on the systems configuration.
根据系统配置,必须采用2个过程。
F321. Safety precautions
安全措施
∙Check the safety conditions of the unit:ventilation + fire protection operating.
检查厂房的安全条件:通风+消防操作。
∙Commissioning the circuit:close and plug all the valves on the branch connections around the booths (if not connected to antennas).
调试循环管路:关闭并堵塞喷房周围三通上的所有阀门。(如果支路上的管道未安装)
∙Closing the valves on the connected antennas.
如果支路管道已安装,关闭支路上的阀门。
∙Install "danger - network with solvent" signs around the booths.
在喷房周围设置“危险-管路内有溶剂”标示牌。
∙The following operations can be performed only after receiving the "Sealing OK" file of the concerned circulating system.
以下操作仅在收到相关循环系统的“密封完好”文件后进行。

recirculation and not equipped with scratching stations)
溶剂清洗过程(系统仅通过循环清洗不安装走珠装置)
F3221. First rinsing with solvent
第一次溶剂清洁
∙Installing the 5 µ filter (CUNO micro clean) on the direct line, and a magnetic filter on the return.
在主管上安装5 µ过滤(CUNO微量清洗),在返回线上安装1个磁性过滤器。
∙Connecting the container to the distribution station
将稀释溶剂容器与输调漆系统连接。
∙Filling the container with dilution solvent + transfer to the distribution unit.
用稀释溶剂填充循环缸+输送到输调漆系统。
∙Filling the circulating system. Duration:1 hour
填充循环系统时间:1小时
∙Leakage control. Duration:1 hour
确认是否有泄漏时间:1小时
∙Important:to determine the capacity of the circulating system accurately, weigh the container before and after filling the circulating system.
重要:准确确定循环系统容量,在填充循环系统前后为稀释剂容器称重。
∙Circulation for 24 hours .
循环24小时。
F3222. Second rinsing of the circulating system with solvent
第二次溶剂清洗循环系统
∙Draining the circulating system + blowing with nitrogen
排去循环系统中溶剂+氮气吹净(溶剂挥发易爆,采用惰性气体).
