表示Sally的名词所有格,表示“萨利的”。
通常情况下在名词后加“'s”,以s结尾的名词直接加“'”。
【拓展】
(1)表示共同拥有时,只在最后一个名词后加“'s”;表示各自拥有时,在每个名词后面加“'s”。
(2)表示动物或无生命的东西的名词所有格一般使用介词of。
如:
a photo of my family一张我的全家福
(3)表示名词所有格时,'s和of的互换。
【备注】
(2)Sally's是Sally的名词所有格。
当一个物品为两个或两个以上的人共同拥有时,在最后一个名词后面加's;当一个物品为两个或两个以上的人各自拥有时,在每个名词后面加's。

why是疑问副词,意为“为什么”,用来询问原因、理由,引导特殊疑问句。
由why构成的特殊疑问句必须用because引导的句子回答。
在汉语中我们常说“因为……所以……”,但是在英语中“因为”“所以”只能用其一。
即在同一个英语句子中,because和so(所以)不能同时使用。
