教学目标

1 进一步了解Millie的在校生活。

2 掌握描述校园生活的方式。

3 运用已学知识,描述自己的校园生活。

句型:Our school starts at eight in the morning from Monday to Friday.

Usually we do morning exercises first.

We always have a good time at school.

1 学生的作息时间表。

2 图片。

3 录音机或光盘。

教学步骤

Step I 呈现

1教师通过自述的形式导入本课话题,并呈现新知识。教师说:I love our school very much. From Monday to Friday, I am never late for school. In the morning, I usually clean my office first. After school, I like to do after-school activities with my students. Sometimes, I chat with them.

They tell me a lot of interesting things. All of us have a good time at our school. 通过上述介绍呈现from … to …,in the morning,first,chat with …和have a good time,板书from … to …,in the morning,first,chat with …和have a good time。

2 教师接着与学生就他们的校园生活进行交流,呈现更多新知识。教师说:Do you do morning exercises? How much time do you spend on morning exercises? Do you play sports at school? When do you play sports? What sports do you play? 根据学生的回答,教师说:Do you want to be the best football player in the team? 教师竖起大拇指,帮助学生复习best的含义。I think you should practise hard. You can practise after school every day. l wish you success. 板书practise 和wish。

Step II 操练

1 向学生呈现他们的在校作息时间表,指导他们用学过的表达谈论自己的校园生活。教师说:In our school, there are many things to do. Look at the table. 1’d like you to introduce your school life. 教师可以为学生提供一些句型。

2 鼓励学生用简单的语言介绍校园生活。对有能力的学生,可以启发他们用更丰富的语言介绍。

Step III 呈现

1 向学生介绍课文情境,指导学生带着问题阅读Millie 的信。教师说:Millie writes to her new online friend Tommy. In her email, we’ll know her school life. Let’s read the email first and answer the following question: What team is Millie in? 为学生播放课文录音,鼓励学生回答:She is in the school volleyball team.

2 让学生一边听录音,一边阅读文章,并归纳出Millie在校的各种活动。教师说:

Please listen and read the email once more and tell me: What does Millie do at school? 鼓励学生将Millie在校的活动找出来:do morning exercises, have lessons, chat with friends, play in the playground, go to the library, read books in the Reading Club, play volleyball.

3 指导学生再听录音,之后完成B1 的配对练习。教师说:Tommy wants to know what Millie and her classmates do on a school day. Help him match each activity with the correct time.

Step IV 操练

1为学生播放录音,指导他们跟读Millie的信。教师说:Let’s read Millie’s email after the tape.

2 将班级分成五大组,鼓励学生分段朗读。教师说:There are five paragraphs in this email. I’d like every team to read one paragraph. Then we can change.
