【摘 要】 目的 分析鲜红斑痣患者采用染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年11月-2017年11月期间收治的80例鲜红斑痣患者按照不同治疗方式采用随机抽签法分为试验组（40例，采用染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光治疗）、对照组（40例，采用长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光治疗），将两组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率进行对比。结果试验组患者治疗总有效率（95%）显著高于对照组（87.5%）。试验组患者治疗后水泡、色素不均、色沉等不良反应发生率（5%）显著低于对照组（12.5%）。结论 鲜红斑痣患者采用染料脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光治疗的效果优于单一激光照射治疗，且不良反应较低，值得广泛推广应用。
