所有的小分类单品(包括停止单品)至少六个月盘点一次,除了以下所列的部门及特殊 的敏感分类,例如: - 10部门进口酒和香烟:每周一次 - 30部门电池:每周一次 - 家电: 小家电(陈列于展柜中的)每周一次 其他家电商品每月一次 - 高损耗前200名的单品:每周一次

Print “Cycle Count Report by Scanning Sequence”
•Print“Cycle Count Report”(with stock discrepancy), •Highlight the big difference item on the report, •Arrange the CYC team to do double check and supervise it.
每日周盘必须在无商品进出情况下进行: Daily CYC process is done during non movement items (in/out): - 收货进程不受影响,但所收进的商品必须单独放置,直至周期盘点结束 Receiving process will not been affected but the incoming stock should be isolated until cycle count finished. - 周期盘点必须在开店之前结束 Cycle count must be completed before store opening - 数据传送必须在10:00AM 之前完成 Postings anytime before 10:00 a.m.
