浅谈我国绿色建筑评论体系的构建Discusses how to build China’s green building evaluation system

摘要

绿色建筑理念的形成经历了四个阶段：生态建筑，可持续建筑，节能省地型建筑和绿色建筑。当今，“绿色建筑”已经成为一个综合了自然，文化与经济等多层问题的复合概念。世界一些发达国家相继推出了各自不同的建筑环境评价方法，值得借鉴。目前，我国绿色建筑评论体系框架基本确立，但在评价标准的整体性，层次性，经济可行行，定量分析所占比重以及相关制度的建立等方面还有待完善。因此，要从以下几个方面予以完善：价钱基础理论研究；评论体系要由标准化走向细化；评价方法要由定性走向定量；加快实行第三方认证制度的进程；并且，要由阶段评价走向全生命周期评价；等等。

The formation of the concept of green building has gone through four stages: Eco-Building. Sustainable Building. Land-efficient buildings and green building. Now. “green building” has become a combination of natural cultural and economic issues such as multi-layer composite concept . Some of the world countries have lunched their own environmental assessment of different construction methods. It is worth learning from. At present, China’s comment on green building system to establish the basic framework, but the integrity of the evaluation criteria, hierarchy, economic viability, the proportion of quantitative analysis and the establishment of the relevant aspects of the system should be improved. Therefore, be perfect from the following aspects: the basic theory of the price; evaluation system to be refined by the standard; evaluation methods to the qualitative to quantitative; to speed up the process of implementation of third-party certification system; and, up to the stage of evaluation to all life cycle assessment; and so on.
