一、旅游管理专业教学现状

我国改革开放以来,经济迅猛发展,旅游经济在国民经济中所占比例不断加大,市场对旅游专业人才的需求也与日俱增,各大高校纷纷设立旅游专业来弥补市场缺口。但是,旅游管理学科在我国新兴较晚,教师队伍在整体范围上资质浅,都缺乏相应的实战经验,纯理论的教学比比皆是,而旅游人才市场需求的不断扩大,以经济直接联系的物质观念、实用主义成了旅游学科的主要组成部分,高校为了快速产出“使用人才”,不断进行扩招,教师教学观念落后,“填鸭式”的教学方式,将教学的重点放在学生的知识记忆上,将考试作为评定学生是否成才的最终手段,学生眼高手低,极富有功利性也造成了在旅游教专业学过程中,学生人浮于事,“分不在高及格就成、学不在深毕业就好”的思想。

But, tourism management discipline emerging relatively late in our country, teachers' qualification is shallow in the overall scope, lack of actual combat experience, the pure theoretical teaching, the widening of tourism talent market demand, it is directly related to economic substance concept, pragmatism is the main part of tourism subject in colleges and universities in order to produce quickly use "talent", continuously expand, teachers' teaching concepts backward, "cramming" way of teaching, the teaching focus on the students' knowledge on the memory, will test, as a final method, assess whether students become students. Nowadays, extremely rich utility also caused in the process of tourism teaching professional learning, students are overstaffed, "high points is not pass the exam as a graduate, learning is not good".

二、旅游管理专业教学质量低下的原因分析

旅游专业是一门社会实践性极强的学科,社会性门槛低,旅游企业在发展上,管理理念落后,对人才的培养不到位,没有给高校旅游专业毕业生合理的职业发展规划,使得市场对旅游人才的需求出现重“量”不重“质”的现象,极大的打击了在校学生的积极性,相应的加大了高校教师在教学上的难度,学生认为学而无用,毕业后在旅游行业没有前途,很多都选择了“升本”、“公务员”等等方式来规避毕业后的就业风险,在这样严重的消极情绪下,教师还有何教学质量可言。
