急性下肢深静脉血栓介入溶栓治疗

急性下肢深静脉血栓的介入溶栓治疗

【摘要】目的:对急性深静脉血栓（dvt）进行导管介入直接溶栓和系统性溶栓效果进行比较。方法:对广西医科大学第四附属医院自2009年8月至2010年8月间采用导管介入直接溶栓与系统溶栓进行治疗的43例dvt患者平均（42.3±8.7）岁。所有病例患dvt 平均（5.9±4.5）天时间。通过外周静脉或介入导管输注尿激酶进行治疗。溶栓后残留静脉狭窄用经皮球囊血管成形和/或支架置入治疗。结果:23例行导管直接溶栓20例（86.9%）成功地使栓塞静脉段复通。3例(13.0%）行pta治疗，残留狭窄以支架成形治疗。20例行系统溶栓，4例（20%）成功地使栓塞静脉段复通。结论:导管直接溶栓在治疗急性dvt中疗效优于系统溶栓。

on the treatment through the circumference vein or the involvement drive pipe infusion urokinase. after dissolving the hitch, the residual vein narrowly with and/or the support posts the treatment after the rubber ball pouch blood vessel forming. results:23 routine conduit pipes dissolve directly bolt 20 examples distance of (86.9%) success makes embolism vein again through. (13.0%) row of pta cure 3 examples , are left over narrow treat with holder forming. 20 routine system dissolves bolt, 4 example distance of (20%) success makes embolism vein duan again through. conclusion:the conduit pipe dissolves directly the bolt is in the bolt curing impatient dvt system better than being hit by a curative effect dissolving.
